Great value for the money. Very nice and welcoming owners. Clean and comfortable.

Had a great experience. My kids wanted a classic American motel experience. This place fit that bill. We got two adjoining rooms. All of the necessary amenities. We had a fidge in each room, better tv than I had at any other stay on this trip.

The owners were fantastic. Very courteous and thoughtful. I would stay here again, any time.

The owners make this place! They are the nicest people. The beds are comfortable, the room was very clean and the water was hot, they are very reasonable on price. We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem, a bit off the beaten path but well worth the 5 minute drive off i-40. Do yourself a favor and stop in if your in the area.

Let me first say I had one hell of a day....driving from Vegas my suspension collapses and I almost flipped my Expedition. My wife and sons and I really needed a place to stay. The "Stay Inn" was local and pet friendly, so we decided to give it a try. Best move I made the whole trip. The front desk guy was so polite and helpful. Really made me feel at home from the start. He got us into a room right away, and boy did we appreciate it. We were so wore out and tired, my wife is handicapped and was still shaking up from the ordeal. This is the place to stay if you need a reasonably priced room. Very clean room and sheets, this place is great.

Rooms are good and quiet. We have our workers staying there often and have never had a complaint about the rooms. Good friendly people too especially Dave and his wife are always accommodating and helpful!

Very clean and nice staff! Nothing fancy but a good place to stay. I've read bad things in other, older reviews and it is apparent this place has a new staff. They're constantly working to improve and the hard work is visible. There were no bugs (I looked), the towels and bedding were all very clean, and so was the rest of our room. I will stay again of ever in the area.

Owner operators are super nice!! Rooms are recently remodeled and the ac froze us out! It was wonderful after a VERY hot day!! I’m not the guy to stay at an off brand hotel but not much around and glad I did! Wonderful stay!

Absolute top notch customer service! Simply AMAZING! The room wasn't the Hilton, but for $50.00 it was more than adequate! I had literally driven 24 hours straight and needed a place to crash. I slept for nearly 10 hours and woke up to finish up the 1900 mile move! The room was absolutely perfect for that! I called a few hotels off of booking.com and they acted as if they couldn't care less if I stayed there or not. It was a few hours before check in and I was told that I would still have to check out 2 hours later. I called the Stay Inn and was blown away by how accommodating they were.With the above average customer service it made the entire experience top notch!

Great friendly service, Wi-Fi actually works! Very clean rooms, always helpful when needed and good prices. It’s close to the lake, quiet and family friendly! They’re even as sweet as can be with our pitty puppy Trigger even though he scared them half to death at first!

This place is a great as far as small motels go! I travel for a living so I often have to stay at motels around the country, and this place was clean, nice, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Man at the front desk offered to turn on the heating or AC in my room before we arrived to make it more comfortable in there. Would absolutely stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

I imagine that this place must have been under different management or ownership at the time of all the bad reviews, we certainly didn't experience any of the negative things people mentioned in the past.

Five stars isn't even enough to describe how great this place is. All the staff for super friendly and social. When the maid cleaned my room, all the loose change she found she put in a safe spot in my room and none was missing. Anytime I come to work out here I'm definitely going to stay here. Hell, if I could live here I would!

Just had a memorial service for my dad. We had several families stay here and the service was excellent. Rooms were clean, wifi and TV were great and nice hot water for showers. Fantastic value and wonderful management.

Front desk staff is very nice and friendly! The room was clean and price was good.

Every bit as nice as best western for almost half the price! Very nice manager and clean. They even had the room nice and warm before we got there! Thankful for an affordable and nice place to get off the bad roads on Christmas day! Travelling with a newborn and it was plenty nice for us! Definitely would stay there again!

From the time we called to reserve to the time we left Dave was polite and courteous. The room that we stayed in was clean and updated. No breakfast but there was a coffee pot in the room.

A Sweet Home as Before

I met the man and manager named Dave.
I could tell everything about him in his pure spirit.
I came from afar, after losing my immediate family members:
So I was very homesick and for what was so close and gloryfull.

Dave was understanding in so many ways and
gave me a room that was worthy of my family.
There is a Christmas tree in the lobby and
I knew I had a very sweet home.

Oh we have all seen prestine hotels and
I can see Dave is committed to perfect his.
The prices are low and fair, the glory is great.

I could tell about many fine things here I saw.
The place was everything I needed and more.

They call this place The Stay Inn,
I hope folks treat these folks with respect,
the next place you stay will make you appreciate Dave's.

We recently stayed at this property and loved the room and the accommodations. We were in Town for Christmas. Property was clean and staff was friendly.

Thanks to ALL the staff for a fantastic weekend with my daughter, grandchild and the family dog. What an experience to be able to affordably have a nice place to stay and still enjoy Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park. We made memories!
