Apparently they do third party repair for appliances as well. We waited from Thanksgiving week and now it is a new year. They are non responsive and always promise to call you back, but they never do. Imagine going through the holidays without a working refrigerator in your home? Their lack of responsiveness is very unprofessional and for that reason I can’t provide anymore than one star rating.

New washer delivered from this business last Monday. It is now over a week. Called because it was not working properly. Initially was told repairman would come In a day or two. That did not occur. He is supposed to come this afternoon. Ridiculous to have to wait over a week for a brand new appliance to be fixed. Will never do business again with this company.
