Northeastern Health System Sequoyah

Recently I spent 24 hours in this facility as a patient and received OUTSTANDING care. Nothing but smiling faces, friendly voices and helpful medics to greet, assist and provide treatment throughout my stay. My wife and I have been using this facility for the past 25 years and have never had a problem of any concern. When I think of excellent service and attitude, Sequoyah Memorial, in my mind, sets the example. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital for anyone who would like individual, personalized and exemplary treatment.

Had to go to the emergency room and the doctors were nice kind they got me back very quickly and they tended to my medical needs. The staff was very nice. The nurses were nice.. would recommend!!

The doctor and physicians assistant were extremely caring! They put a smile on my daughters face even though she didn't feel good, not to mention the short wait times compared to Fort Smith hospitals!

The e.r. saw me in a very timely and professional manner during a very frightening experience. Respiratory therapist was incredible. The nurses and doctors were absolutely wonderful. Reception was calming and amazing. I was terrified and this team treated me quickly and efficiently and they were all SO kind. Thank you!!

Although I was only going for a CT scan, when I read the reviews that were posted I must say I was slightly taken aback. And maybe a little scared too. But folks my experience was absolutely wonderful. The woman at the front desk was kind and directed me to the Radiology Center. The lady at the check-in desk to take my insurance information was as kind as she could be and she had only had 15 minutes of her lunch break but she came to help me get signed in. And she had to be hungry she was a lovely lady !When I got to the Radiology area for my CT scan the ladies that ran the machine were both very kind and helpful. And I was 30 minutes early for my visit they didn't make me wait 30 minutes they took me right in. And after the scan I was right out. my experience was great kudos to Kim running the CT scanner. She was so sweet and she picked up everything I nervously dropped and handed it to me with a smile. Thanks Kim.

I had a procedure there and they are super nice. I loved my experience and will use them again in the future. Everyone is proffesional. Its clean, fast and caring. They tended to me very good. But thier emergency room department is ridiculous. Ive waited for a hour and a half (still waiting) for a shot for hives. Im itchy and miserable.

From reading the reviews, I really expected to be treated poorly. But while I was here, they were all nice and understanding trying to help any way they could. Some of y'all just expect too much from them. Maybe you should treat yourself next time instead of coming to them for help.

Best experience regarding lab work! This makes two times for labs, each time very professional and less than a 30min wait. I would recommend going here for lab work.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and courteous. Went for an er visit and was seen quickly and all in all pleasant experience.
