Mrs Sandy is the best physician I have ever been too she cares about all her patient’s thank you for all you do for each one of us you go above and beyond. Demarcus you will be greatly missed shoot you missed already we love you both. Great FNP….

They are wonderful and always take their time to listen to you.

The customer service here sucks. If I could call and talk to someone, I would, they let the phone ring, recording says wait time is 10 minutes. They then tell you to press #1 to stay on the line, the tell you to leave a message, no one calls back. Four days later still ko response. So you go there in person and you have go wait 20 minutes just to make an appointment. The receptionist phone rung 4-5 times. The man in the top office said go wait at the window and someone would be there shortly. Not. If it weren't for the lady behind me I'd probably still be waiting

They don’t answer the phone. They don’t call back when you’re required to leave a message. They lose lab results and blood has to be drawn twice. They get mad when you need a refill called in because it’s an inconvenience to them. When there are medication issues the “physicians” don’t care to communicate with patients or pharmacist to come up with a solution. It’s a shame to go to a clinic for help and you leave feeling worse than when you arrived.
