Great customer service! Wenston offered to come two hours earlier, but I kept my original time. Though there was a hiccup in plans, I was notified at least an hour before he was supposed to arrive that there'd be a delay. I'm very pleased with how my carpets look especially having two children and a dog in the house! I also decided last minute to get a large area rug cleaned. He even helped me dig it out of the closet, and now it almost looks new again. Definitely recommend Jerry's Carpet Cleaning because they're fast, affordable, and they don't disappoint!
