Registered online. Very easy. Nice friendly staff, no problems, in and out in less than 1 hour. This is great, especially when you are not feeling well. I am a Disabled Vietnam veteran, and they are in the VA network, which helps a lot. Thank you for being there.

Staff were amazing and very professional. Made my appointment online checked in with front desk and staff was very punctual with timing. I was seen and treated with paperwork in hand. I have had some bad experiences with urgent cares but Lowcountry Union showed me different today. Thanks ladies for all you do!

Excellent staff ( all of them). No rude bone in their bodies. Very prompt on getting me back! I'm not sure if making an appointment online helps with their wait time or not, I've never just walked in. They all told me " they hoped I got better".

Took 3 of my children to be seen. Signed in at 8 am. Staff was very nice to us. The kids were seen and discharged around 9 am. I am very satisfied, as a mother of 3 sick children. I didn't have to ask for school excuses or anything. The doctor took care of all of that before she discharged them.

The NP at the Union location is very kind and knowledgeable. Friendly staff. We were in and out within an hour.

This was our first visit to Lowcountry Urgent Care! We were in and out in a timely manner. Not sure If it was because no one was there but I felt like they did a great job being that we couldn't get my son in at his doctors! The staff was nice and seemed to be concerned so thank you!
