I always have a good experience when I go in lowe's Donna helped me at the self checkout this morning she was very attentive and respectful to all of the customers. She thanked me for coming to Lowe's and when I realized I forgot something and had to go back I asked her to cancel my transaction and she replied "oh no problem" with a smile. I know these days it can be hard working in customer service so Donna Shout out to you for a great job and being so courteous!!

Really nice people in the appliance department. They helped us pick out everything that we needed. Extremely knowledgeable. Very helpful when it came to arranging the delivery date. Great employees reflect amazing Management. GREAT TEAM.

As retired Air Force veteran, love the Veteran Only Parking spaces. Stopped in for water filters for my refrigerator. Can usually find what I am looking for here. Great location at Old Hickory Boulevard and Nolensville Road.

Lowe's😃 I love it, I love this Lowe's because it is so nice to just walk around during the spring but other than that it is the place to buy the things to make your home a home. Everything you see for the landscaping in these pictures can be bought at this store.

We were here shopping for kitchen appliances. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We had no issue finding someone to help us and answer our questions. The prices were comparable to other stores but the free local delivery sale they were having is what ultimately compelled us to buy from here. We are very happy with our shopping experience and will return in the future.

The customer service I received in the plumbing department was GREAT! The women in that department were very knowledgeable of what I was searching for. I didn't get her name, but I do know she worked as a physical therapist. Thank you for checking on me in Isles once you gave me the number 12 to look for the product that I was in search of a washer for my shower head.

I had a great experience! I bought a grill and it was an ordeal trying to find it available but when I called, Gene from the garden center was so helpful and made sure to "get eyes on it" to make sure they had it. Once I got there, Francisco was extremely quick getting it off the floor and into my car! (after some difficulties on my end) He was very patient. Great customer service overall! Thank you!

Home depot who? Lowes is the place to get what ever you need for what ever project. I YouTubed how to roof a shed and ended up doing it myself thanks to lowes what I needed they had. I'm going to YouTube how to build a shelf now thanks modern technology

Got the lumber to build this deck with and they actually had it in stock very knowledgeable staff quick service reasonably priced

Love this store. Everyone is always so helpful. I forgot to get their names so I could tell their leadership, but 2 really nice guys helped me find a cleanup solution for my backyard last night. Thank you to them! Also, the checkout line was really long, but moved super quick!

I have missed shopping at Lowes. This location was very nice, definitely nicer than Home Depot. They had a much better selections of counter tops and at very nice prices. The service was very good at the register and the young man who helped us carry the things. There was ample parking and it was not too busy, making it a great experience.

Walked in not sure where to find the alarm systems and a couple of other things. I encountered Miss Nona and she was very helpful and polite. She lead me to the correct area and was able to find the items I needed within minutes. I appreciated her help and her professionalism. I believe she should get a raise. Customer service isn't appreciated enough.
