Had my first visit with Dr. Smith today. Love this office and am making them MY dentist office. Very friendly staff. Loved Dr. Smith. Thank you for fixing my front tooth today!

I visited to have my chipped front teeth repaired. To say I was a little worried because they are your smile, would be an understatement. Dr. Smith was exceptional prepping my teeth, creating the temporary teeth and.taking careful impressions for the permanent teeth. I am excited to get this process completed.

As pleasurable as a visit to the dentist could be! I felt like a priority, & the dentist himself performed my cleaning! The staff was impressively efficient. New patient visit, so paperwork (pre-filled out by me), x-rays, exam & cleaning, all in about an hour!

Office staff and dentist were very professional and friendly. I will definitely return for treatment!!

Dr. Smith was thorough, professional and very congenial. My exam and cleaning was amazing!! The experience with his Dental Tech was just as pleasant. Their caring and friendly demeanor took the jitters out of going to a dentist.

The dental & office staff were personable and efficient. My appt was at 11:00am and it was my 1st visit. After filling out some paperwork, I was seen by Dr. Smith within 15 minutes. He was great!

I ended up being almost an hour late and amazingly they still took me for my appointment! They were very knowledgeable and courteous to my every need. I got exrays and a very quick appointment to return to fix my dental issues! I would recommend Dr Smith to anyone!

Fantastic dentist and office staff! I have been a patient of Dr. David Smith’s brother, Dr. Jared Smith, for nearly 15 years. I cracked a tooth and Dr. Jared Smith was out of town. His brother Dr. David Smith was kind to be on call for him. The office got me in swiftly and Dr. David Smith did a beautiful job fixing me tooth. Nice to know I have 2 awesome dentists locally now! I want to add that I am picky about my dental care. My mother has been in dentistry for 30 years but is out of state. I was grateful for her to help me research and find Dr. Smith! Thank you Dr. Smith and staff! :)

They’ve been my dentist since as long as I can remember. Everyone is so friendly. A lot of people hate the dentist but they make it a good experience!

Best dental place I've ever been! I've used a couple dental places in Pueblo before I started coming to Florence Family Dentistry. Florence blows the Pueblo offices out of the water, hands down! From the second you walk in they have the nicest, most knowledgeable staff. I have never had to sit in the waiting room. They always get patients right in and out in a timely manner.

I have been getting my cleanings there for a couple years and they are great. I recently had a couple teeth pulled, and not an ounce of pain. I was expecting to be in a lot of pain for a few days, but I was eating normal that night. Hardly had any bleeding, and walked out in 30 minutes.

The entire staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Smith was able to give me one painless shot and one that only pinched a little bit. My mouth was quickly numb and ready for the PAINLESS extraction. Thank you for making this scary procedure "a piece of cake". He gave me instructions for home care that came in handy. I've been very pleased with the care I've received since 2008.

I love Florence Family Dental. They are honest. My former dentist was lying and charging me for procedures I did not need. The last thing he told me was I needed to remove a crown because he didn't know what was going on underneath when I was having no pain or problems whatsoever. Florence told me not to remove the crown. I have been going there for several years. They clean my teeth and tell me everything looks good. They are friendly and professional. They were patient and wonderful with my 5 year old daughter also .

Having a severe fear of the dentist due to traumatic events I was surprised how calm I felt during my visit. The receptionist was personable, genuine and a great listener and that set a calm and relaxing tone for the whole visit. The woman who took my x-rays was quick yet relaxed. Had a motherly concerned for my comfort. Dr. Smith also had a calm and genuine demeanor. All my questions were answered. The hygienist was thorough and extremely gentle (even for someone like me with sensitive teeth and receding gums). Everyone treated me like family. In all my years of being terrified of the dentist this was the most pleasant experience I have had in my entire life. I am so grateful for having found this practice. Life changing.
