I had a very positive experience with Gagnon. I was looking to install a new gas insert and reface my fireplace. The first company I looked to was not responding to my needs so out of desperation, I turned to Gagnon and am so glad I did. Everyone that I dealt with, from the sales/office staff to the crew doing the insert installation, was attentive to my needs, professional and a joy to work with. While Gagnon doesn't do the masonry work, they provided me with a list of masons they work with. The mason I chose, Taylor Anderson, is a true professional.

We had a fireplace insert installed. It was a difficult install because of the arch and the stone. The crew was excellent. There attention to detail was the best I have had by any crew. There curtesy and thoughtfulness about making no messes and great cleanup was impressive. They arrived on time and finished on time.

We just had Gagnon here to troubleshoot our inoperable gas fireplace. My husband and I were and are absolutely happy and satisfied with everything they have done so far. They installed a super efficient wood burning fireplace to replace a firebox that we had burned through. A local place would only do gas, but Nate and Jake did a great job and removed only about a third of the stone, and stacked it neatly. Amazingly they created hardly any dust and vacuumed up all the bits of stone, and did it in a day and a half! Went to their store to see if we could find stone to replace bits that broke and Laurie walked us through the displays and had a forklift bring out some stone from in back. When we couldn't find anything real close, she suggested Brock White down the road and they had something close enough...an exact match would have required a trip to a supplier in Milwaukee, they said. Laurie and the staff at Gagnon were great.

Had a great experience, from start to finish! Mike the estimator for the job is a former installer so this helps remove the risk of an unexpected curveball if looking to add a fireplace to an existing home. Laurie was my designer and she too has an excellent grasp and eye for walking you through each part of the project...NATE, ADAM, and CRAIG were lights out and built the entire fireplace with no damage in one day, very respectful crew and would highly recommend!

Excellent experience with technician Jack H. He was on time. Incredibly respectful of the area he was working in. Took his boots off when coming into my home. Had WPS here, then a HVAC company for a "supposed" leak in my gas fireplace. Jack was the one who figured out the correct issue. Added 2 special touches: spray painted the walls and added new embers. Thank you Gagnon Clay products for the wonderful experience with installing our Heat & Glo Gas Insert! When we first visited the showroom, we were greeted by friendly staff who helped us set up an onsite visit. Their availability was quick and flexible with our hectic weekly schedule. Chris arrived promptly and was very professional. He respected our home by taking his shoes off and asking before entering a room. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. We received our quote(s) within 2 days from the visit! We greatly appreciated him answering all of our additional questions promptly. The install was scheduled for 1 month later, but they would have been available sooner if we would have made it work with our schedule! The install crew (I wish I remembered their names) arrived promptly and ready to go! The install went perfectly, they were patient with my husband who basically stood over their shoulder the entire time and answered all of our questions. They throughly instructed us on how to use the Remote that came with the insert and explained how everything worked, how to clean the logs if needed, etc. He was also able to add a frame right away instead of having to make a custom one like initially quoted. I haven’t contacted the office yet, but I would assume this would give us some money back, which is always an exciting thing! Our Gas Insert was not cheap by any means, but we are thrilled with the product and the staff at Gagnon Clay Products! You get what you pay for and we received the best products and service!! Thank you Gagnon Clay Products for giving us our fireplace back!

We converted our wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace a few weeks ago. Everything went very smoothly, from our appointment at the showroom to the actual installation. The two young men who did the installation were very informative and professional. We are loving our new fireplace. I would highly recommend this company!

Just got done refacing my fireplace. I had a lot of questions and they answered every one of them. Unfortunately I only ordered half of my supplies from them. the other half was from BW Supply. When I do house projects I tend to get more then I need and return what is extra. BW supply is a sketchy company nonetheless! Gagnon clay products is what you would expect a company to be. Would recommend them to anyone that asks.
