My 2019 Tesla Model 3 was hit while parked in a garage and had some minor damage to the fender/bumper. They took care of it within a week and now I can't even tell it was ever hit. They kept me in the loop through the entire process and were easy to work with. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Phenomenal customer service! Brad kept me informed of my vehicle status when it was being repaired. Him and the staff were so helpful in every way. They even cleaned the exterior and interior before I picked it up, which was a nice little surprise. 1000% recommend this business. Thanks guys!

I hit a deer and had my car towed to Wilson’s CARSTAR. From the time my car got there to the time it was done was a very easy process. They kept me informed during the whole process and got my car done in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to take my car to them again but I sure hope I don’t have to.

They were so kind and helpful! They helped fix my hood latch so it was secure even though it wasn’t what I was there for and did it for free! They put a new bumper on my car and charged me so fairly and were always so nice and friendly! I would 100% go again I feel like they charged me a fair amount and didn’t try to rip me off and did their best to make sure I got the best deal.

They did an amazing job getting us back on the road after our accident. They made a smooth process out of a rough time. Couldn't be happier

Fantastic shop! I highly recommend using Wilson’s Carstar. They got us in for a hail damage quote right away and worked with our insurance, came up with a plan and 2 days later got us in to start the car. Less than 2 weeks later all done and looks new again! I am not want to leave reviews. But I have to make sure that I share with the public as well as Wilson's how absolutely pleased I am with their service, all of the repairs they did to my car after my accident. Extremely awesome people, honest, super friendly! They have gained a customer for life with me! (Although, I do not plan on getting in any more accidents!)

Outstanding work, I was in an accident and was able to get my car in right away. I worked with Richard and he was great to work with. He did the estimate, ordered parts, was in constant communication with both myself and the insurance company each step of the way. I couldn't ask for anything more as far as service.

I had severe hail damage on my 2020 Silverado. I stop in for an estimate and MacKenzie Sutton looked at the damage. She took pictures for the insurance company and noticed the windshield was damaged also. This issue could have easily missed by a non professional estimator. The estimate took about 30 minutes and this company has direct contact with the insurance company. I was notified that the truck was completed on time. When I received the truck, it was in showroom condition. I will come back to this company if I need repairs in the future. I recommend this company to anyone and they are professionals. Radiator replacement and body repair from deer collision. Very friendly and had everything done in a timely matter. Very professional and cleaned the inside and outside of car as well free of charge I would definitely use them again

This is for emergency roadside assistance. My car decided to lock on its own, with the keys inside, not sure how that happens but it did. Tony was great, he carefully used the right tools and had my door open within minutes. He even went to check the door edges to make sure there were no scratches, the only ones were the ones I made before he got there should have just waited but you know I had to try.. If you have roadside assistance and need help in the Green bay area, even during a Packer game request Wilson Auto.

Was a good experience, able to describe the damage to my mirror and they ordered the necessary part. Once the part arrived was a able to get a prompt appointment for replacement.

I can tell you they have gained a customer for life. Broadway had my vehicle for 1 week and I was still 17th in line to even get looked at. Call these people up. Bam. They tow my vehicle from Broadway and I have an estimate by the end of the day. If I could give 10 stars I would. Really impressed.

I mostly appreciated the great customer service and communication by Mackenzie Sutton. She was amazing. If more companies put the right people in their HR or customer service positions, they would be more successful. I look forward to going back to Wilson's because of their customer service.
