Just amazing! Driving from out of town. Had to be at a conference going in and out at about a half hour for a flat tire. Amazing service. Thanks guys!

I hit a curb on a rainy day and blew my tire out. I called them 30 minutes prior to close expecting to have to schedule something a few days out. The manager said to come down and they would take care of me that same day. I felt bad for making them stay late but they took care of me with a smile and didn’t feel pushed or pressured. A horrible experience was saved by them. Thank you!

Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, no pushy 'want fries with that?', fully functional web application that sends reminders for reservations, they prioritize reservations, work has always been complete under the estimated time, reasonable prices and free tire lifetime rotations.

Can't speak for locations other than the one in Bellevue. The employees make or break a business like this; the team in Bellevue is top-notch and great customer service is neigh upon extinct these days.

As a 19 year old girl going in to get her tires changed for the first time, Lino was super nice and helpful. He made sure i was informed on all of my options (cheap and expensive) and what the difference is in all of them. It can be intimidating coming into these places for the first time by yourself and they did a great job of making me feel educated and confident in my decision!

Had a great experience getting a tire replaced here. Long story short I needed a tire that wasn't in stock for most repair shops. I called Discount Tire in Bellevue and spoke to Hunter who was able to solve my problem. He was able to get the tire shipped to their location from a warehouse and have the tire put on my rim by the end of the same day.

Back when I initially swapped my flat tire for the spare on the side of the road, I had a lot of issues with swollen caps that were over my lug nuts (Thanks Ford), so I decided to pick up some aftermarket nuts from a parts store. I was having a hard time figuring out if these particular lug nuts would work as a replacement due to them being slightly different in design from the OEMs. Searching on forums resulted in a usual 50/50 split on what was correct from the users and only served to frustrate me with a lack of answers. I called Discount Tire back and spoke to Hunter again to ask what he thought of the situation. He was able to give me a solid answer which gave me peace of mind when I swapped all the OEM nuts out with the aftermarkets. Thanks again for the great help. I will be back if I need tires in the future.

If you need new tires and good costumer service- this is the place . Professional and nice . Definitely recommend. Hope they stay that way .

I had been looking at getting some new tires for my wife's Jeep and found some Falken Wildpeak AT3W tires and Discount Tire had them in stock. I set up an appointment to get them installed, purchased all new TPMS sensors, and the certificates. The appointment was supposed to take an hour but it was even quicker than that, around 45 minutes. Everything looked great and the tires are great.

I did have an issue with my TPMS as I purchased all new ones but they missed it on the install so I ended up having to go back and get them reinstalled. It was an inconvenience but they took care of it quickly once I returned. Overall I'm happy with my experience and I would return here for tires again.

Great job by Discount Tire installing new wheels and Michelin Super Sport tires on my Corvette Z06. From my sports car to my daily driver Discount Tire does everything well.

My son and I came in yesterday about 15 minutes before closing time explaining that we just wanted to drop the vehicle off and we would contact them tomorrow during normal business hours to order a set of tires for all the way around. Dyson made sure and took care of everything right then and there and treated us like we were the best customers he ever had! He ordered the tires and told us they would be in two days later and he would have the car ready for us at that time. To our surprise less than 24 hours later he calls and says the car is ready and he noticed the windshield wipers were bad so he took the liberty of replacing them and even discounted them for us! The young man that took the keys for the car when we dropped it off shook my hand and told me thank you for my business. What?!?!!? Someone with manners and appreciation for my business?!?! Remarkable customer service and I highly recommend these guys to everyone! Thank you to Dyson and everyone on his team for all their hard work!!!

Went in July 3. We needed 4 tires. I have my own tire changer, and balancer. I was able to buy a set of 4 tires, carry them away with replacement certifications on hand. Giving me peice of mind when my wife drives on her new tires! Did business with Garrett, this kid was brilliant! He knew his stuff, and had me all setup within minutes. He carried the tires to my car. If I did not have my own equipment to change tires I would be happy to have them install, the price is right. I was floored to be afforded the same damage replacement certifications with a self install. This company has earned a loyal customer!
