Mesa Verde RV Resort

I had to select "Rooms" as there was no option for RV spaces. Their spaces are as good as if not better than advertised. Easy to get into and easy to get out of. The facilities were spotless and there were no problems with hookups at all. There were beautiful playgrounds for kids and a dog park as well. The staff were beyond excellent! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient... We dearly loved our 5 days there!

Very nice rv park. Shelly the camphost is great! All gravel park, sites level, up hill to pull thru sites. Well maintained park and quiet. Outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs are great. 1/2 mile to Mesa Verde NP park, 10 miles to the town of Cortez. Would recommend a stay here.

Beautiful little gem of a campground. Absolutely immaculate, level gravel extra large site. Easy to maneuver in park. Quiet. All campers maintained clean and well organized sites. Great location to the park and the town of Cortez with Durango about 35 miles or so away. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but laundry room was impeccable. Hope to return!!

Hands down the best choice when visiting the area. This place is a gem! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The sites are all well spaced and easy to get in and out of. The bathrooms/showers and laundry room are immaculate. The pool and the hot tubs are a huge plus AND they are building a pickleball court. There are trails nearby in the national park to hike and plenty of trails to mountain bike in the area as well. Oh, and the internet for the RV park is now Starlink so it’s always reliable - HUGE selling point if you wanna be connected while on the road.

While we were motorcycle tent camping, a huge thunderstorm hit. It poured for over an hour. It was one of the nastiest t-storms I have ever seen. Unfortunately, the tenting area was at the low point of the campground, and all of the runoff ended up turning the tent area into a river! Two of our tents collapse and soaked everything in them. It was a total disaster. Fortunately, the folks that ran the campground were very understanding of our very bad situation and allowed the 5 of us to spend the night in an unrented bunkhouse cabin. This really saved our bacon, as there was no way we could spend the night in our tents! Special thanks to Shelly, who gave us the cabin. I hope we didn't leave it too muddy! 5 stars to the campground and its crew. I highly recommend this campground!

I didn't need a campsite, I needed a shower, and they were nice enough to sell me a shower for $7.50 in their spotless bathhouse. Very friendly front desk lady. Thank you MVRVR.

I am a few years away from retirement and have considered getting into the RV lifestyle. As a warm-up to see if we liked it, we rented a travel trailer and somewhat at random chose Mesa Verde RV resort. Other than the horrible Wi-Fi service, we really enjoyed our experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our fellow campers were courteous and respectful.

Outstanding, friendly and helpful staff from phone bookings to making sure our stay throughout was comfortable and all our needs are met. Clean, spot less amenities showers, rest rooms, Laundry room. Hot tubs and pool are great condition and clean. Large trees all around for shade and rain protection. Biggest draw for us is that this resort is electric vehicle friendly. Was able to charge up our ev easily with the 30/50 amp and ground tent right at the site. That ability made our trip to nearby mesa verdes a reality. Definately recommended to all tent campers and ev drivers looking for a safe and great place to stay when visiting Mesa verdes. 2 thumbs up!

This is a very nice RV park that is open seasonally with a well maintained pool and hot tub. They even have grills available for use. It is conveniently located very close to the Mesa Verde National Park

I made reservations in March 2023 for June 2023. Easy after hours check in, great location, friendly staff. Showers and bathrooms we clean, well kept, and optimal water pressure from shower heads. Laundry room was neat and clean and priced just right.

Very nice campground. We stayed in a 30 amp spot with water. There is a dump station.
We were right next to the playground, which was great! The pool and hot tub were refreshing in the heat. Daughter did mention that the pool was cold, but it didn't stop her from staying in for hours.
Showers were clean with hot water.
There is a large area for dog walking with poo bags provided.
Mesa Verde NP entrance is maybe 5 minutes away.

This was a wonderful campground. All the facilities are beautiful and super clean! The staff is super friendly. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back!

Excellent place and most folks stay here only for a few days. Well run. Very clean restrooms and decent little store. Nice pool. Showers in restrooms are very good. Has some nice shade trees and well maintained equipment. Very good coin laundry.And its a very good value compared to the ones in Durango. We paid around $50 per night for 4 adults and 2 kids.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mesa Verde RV Resort!! Very clean facilities, and the views were absolutely beautiful. We were right down the road from Mesa Verde National Park, such a convenient location. Definitely worth staying, if you’re in the area!

Super friendly people in the office and a very nice, quiet and clean park with restrooms, laundry, playground, sinks for doing dishes, pool and even a hot tub. Tent area provides grassy spots to accommodate large tents and easy staking. Having electric and a sink right in the tent area was a huge plus. The only knocks I can give are that the tent area is not too far from the dump station, so the smell drifts in occasionally, and the WiFi was pretty much non-existent even with full bars, so bringing a hot spot is a good idea because cell service is spotty. Highly recommend this resort!

Nice and clean sites. Great showers. Only thing to be careful of is the dog area. It was a very nice little walking trail but the path was very fine dirt so when it rained you ended up with an inch of mud stuck to your shoes. So if it's wet, stick to the paved areas or you may have to take a lot of effort to not track mud in your camper.

Fabulous stay here! Super clean facilities, sink to clean dirty pans in the main space, very friendly owners! We had a low tire, and they used their compressor to help us! The hot tubs were nice, showers had hot water for 5 of of us to shower at once. Very accommodating on our on reserved arrival. Highly recommend!!

We have been traveling for 6 months, and this is by far our favorite RV park hands down. We pulled in to stay one night and ended up staying several days because we liked it so much. Pool, hot tub, and park for the kids were awesome🙌🏽. Best laundry facilities and showers we have come across so far. Everything was super clean and the camp sites and park grounds were so nice. Kid and pet friendly. We give it 10 stars ⭐

We had an awesome stay here! The campground is clean, the staff is super friendly, and it's in a great location to Mesa Verde NP. We pull a 42ft fifth wheel and had no problems. Stayed in a premium pull-thru site with plenty of space. I would highly recommend staying here while visiting the area!

Very nice RV park. The bathrooms and showers were very clean, and the laundry facilities were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park has a great location; close to Mesa Verde and Canyon of the Ancients, and Cortez was about 10-15 minutes away and had about anything you could need on a trip.
