Everyone was very professional and friendly and helpful. Got me in on time. Dr Shea did a careful exam and offered me options. He was very personable and listened to my concerns and desires. They took my insurance and ran the proposed treatment plans through them. Easy to find location. Considering it was a dentist visit it was an enjoyable experience. LOL

Everytime I come in there I feel like Dr. Shea and all the staff are super amazing! I love Kate she’s always a nice and really does everything she can to get you in as soon as possible! Everyone is kind and listen to me ramble when I'm nervous before I'm about to have some dental work done! Love coming there and will continue to :) I always recommend them to friends and family!!

I am one hundred percent satisfied with the work and services provided to me. Dr. Shea reminds me of the small town dentist I had growing up. He took the time to get to know me and we connected on a few things. I honestly didn’t know that there was still a dentist out there who treats people like family! Very competent too. He filled my two teeth in a matter of minutes. No pain! All the girls there are so nice! The dental hygienist cleaned my teeth so well that I’m still amazed. I sure hope that group stays together for many years to come!

There truly amazing! I have severe anxiety in general and don't go places and so the dentist is even harder for me but they were amazing!! Dr.shea walked me through every step n gave me the laughing gas to calm me and help me so I didn't feel pain! I highly recommend them!

My experience at Midwest dental has been wonderful. Katie Knight is the best dental hygienist I have ever gone to. She is both beautiful, smart and very informative. Katie, Kate and Dr. Shea are so very professional and love there jobs. And the best part is, it's pain free. They are such a fun Group of people which is fantastic.

I had lost a filling, and my regular dentist was unavailable. His office recommended Midwest Dental Chetek. I called their office and was immediately accepted as a patient. At the appointment, the office staff was extremely helpful in completing initial paperwork. The dental assistant, Jordan, and the dentist, Dr. Shay, immediately set me at ease; explained my alternatives; contacted the insurance company; and preformed their procedures for putting on a new crown.

I have received excellent dental care for more than ten years. Dr Shea and his staff are always very friendly and professional. I have received excellent care every time for appointments and always when I have had a dental problem they would get me in quickly to fix my problem. I highly recommend this dental clinic for all your dental needs.

My family uses this facility for our dental needs. Midwest Dental is not only professional and thorough, they are very caring and involved in keeping you healthy. We love this place, have never had a bad experience and always let people know how great they are, it is difficult to find dental care professionals that operate at this level. They are able to take care of all our needs and are very cost efficient. We cannot highly recommend them enough.

I had an appointment a few days ago to get some major work done on my teeth. Dr. Shea is the only one that can approach me with a needle without me going into a panic! He keeps me calm and explains everything he is doing. I have had many dentist and I can say I will never switch as long as Dr. Shea is in Chetek! My husband, children and I have been going to Midwest Dental in Chetek for years and can't stress enough how much we love the entire staff!!!! They are all so kind and treat you like you are all long time friends. Hands down the best dental office and staff!!!!

I am SO GLAD I found Dr. Shea and his assistants. I am typically terrified of dentists but they are very calming and go the extra mile for patients like me. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Haven't been to a dentist in 20+ years. Getting older now and the day had come when I had to go to one. Was very nervous and anxious at first. So far; so good. Got to go back in two weeks. Still don't want to be at a dentist; BUT if I have to see one; I think this is the place to go to. The doctor and all the staff were very nice and patient with me. It's never fun going to the dentist but they talk to you and do there best to settle your nerves a little bit.
