I love doing business here. The sales staff are great! Never pushy or rude, but very helpful when you need them. My last experience could have went bad. I bought a guitar as a gift. When I unboxed it, it was the wrong guitar! I couldn't locate the receipt and called the store in somewhat of a panic. They were able to ( after some digging) find the record of my purchase and made it right immediately. Thanks Jason! You saved Christmas for me!

Amazing and helpful staff. My son needed a music book for band ( standards of excellence book 1. At first it didn't make it on the truck so the store did not have it and I left my name and number and was promptly called within 2 days and told my book had arrived. Super pleased will be returning for all our musical needs

I bought an amplifier from DC Music Store. They were very helpful, and made it an easy, enjoyable experience. I knew what I wanted. They had what I wanted. And at a very fair price. Ordered over the phone in the morning, and it was sitting on my porch the next day at about 4:00pm. Wow!! I think they must have put wings on it and it flew here. Will be using them again, most definitely!

Relaxing selection process, without the pesky salespeople that hound you at other music stores. The prices are lower as well(i always double check online). They have something for everyone. Staff is friendly and loaded with patience....ALOT of patience. Lol.

Great prices, and amazing return policy too. I bought a guitar, got home and it was broke. Went back and it took less than 5 minutes for me to walk out with a full replacement that works like a charm. Sometimes things break in shipping and these guys will make it right for you. Great choice when it comes to a good music shop.

I took my 12 string in for new strings and just gone over to make sure everything was right. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They set my guitar up for a very reasonable price. I’m completely satisfied and will happily return.

I just picked up a new Ibanez 12 string from them last week. Though there were a couple snags of getting it to the store (More the fault of shipping and import issues than anything DC Music wise). But I finally have it and love it! The entire crew there is knowledgeable and willing to take the time to get you exactly what you want. Great selection of fine instruments. I highly recommend them, and they will likely source any future music needs I may have.

We have been looking for a Yamaha keyboard package for our daughter. DC Music had a great selection at varying price points. They were very helpful and even put together an amazing bundle deal to compete with an online entity. We were also happy to learn they provide music lessons. Pricing is very competitive and a bit lower than most local teachers. We could not be more pleased with our experience and will return.

I bought an amp as a present for someone yesterday and they’re rude and didn’t want it. you guys are closed for the 4th of July today but if I have a receipt can I return it and get my money back ?

I've bought a few things at DC with no pressure. Recently I had a electrical problem with my acoustic guitar and I needed it right away for church. They got right on it and fixed it while I went to the grocery store. Zach stayed on it until he figured out the problem and was super friendly and put up with me. I know I can be annoying sometimes. Thanks DC Music you're awesome.

This place is the real deal. I drove an hour and a half to go there and was not disappointed. They have a little bit of everything from entry level instruments to top of the line stuff.

I bought my son a guitar there and he has taken lessons since 2018. It looked like so much fun that I bought a guitar too, then started lessons as well. Then COVID hit the nation. No problem! The store offered Skype lessons! They were awesome! Dylan Mays (the guitar teacher) does an excellent job providing online education. Currently, both my son and I are back in the store taking in person lessons. Personally, I prefer the Skype sessions, because I can review the video later in the week. But I’m back in the store to encourage my 11 year old and my work schedule changed.

Very nice selection, fair prices, helpful people, what more could you ask from a music store? Got my very first bass guitar here and I have no regrets! Picking up my amp next friday!

I’ve never shopped here before but my dad bought an electric drum set from DC Music about a year ago. My dad used to play drums in his childhood. He has dementia now so we thought buying a drum set would give him something to keep him busy, something to tinker with. The gentleman my dad bought the drum sets from were kind enough to go to his house to put it together for him. A couple months later I noticed for some reason the set was disassembled. My dad has told me for months now that he’s been “workin on getting it back together”. I finally called DC music to ask if someone could go to my dads house to assemble the drum set for my dad. I explained the situation. The man on the phone was so kind and understanding of my dads situation. Unbeknownst to me, he knew my dads name because my dad calls there periodically asking for assistance with his drums. He told me they have gone to my dads home on 2-3 occasions to assemble the drum set and each time my dad has disassembled it. I had no idea!! He was so understanding of the situation and even offered to meet me at my dads home to show me how to assemble it if I cannot figure it out myself. He never once complained or made me feel embarrassed of my dads situation. I’m so grateful for people like him and the other employees at DC music for not treating my dad like he’s crazy and completely disregarding him. Instead the showed him kindness and treated him like a human being, and I truly appreciate that from the bottom of my heart! Thank you!

I have purchased from here quite a few times. I like that they don’t pressure you but yet you ask for help and they run and bend over backwards to help. I’ve actually been talked out of purchasing something more expensive just because “you really won’t use that”.

nice selection of equipment, and excellent support for your gear, and they also do sound for your concerts. some of my best kit is from their store. what more could you want?
