The Cantina

Excellent authentic Mexican American establishment. They were able to accommodate a private luncheon following my father’s funeral services recently and went above and beyond for me and my family. Rudy, Justine and Marissa are great!! Definitely a hidden gem of southern Schuylkill county. Great food, great drinks and most of all great people!! Would recommend to all.

Absolutely wonderful! We will definitely return. Thank you Dillion for being an amazing server and thanks to staff who returned my credit card to me the next day when not even opened yet. 🙂😉 FYI... the Enchiladas Verde are spectacular!

I am so happy I finally found a place that has SOLID tacos nearby with a solid Guacamole as well. Super Friendly staff, clean…. Highly recommended! I would try the dessert but I’m so full rn I can’t breathe properly.

Lovely place with a good atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food. I had the enchiladas con queso and really enjoyed them! Also had a delicious frozen strawberry marg with natural flavor :)

We were here 3x and loved it. I get the burrito every time. Its a huge burrito and a big size of rice. We get the nachos with queso and like that too

Today, my husband and I visited The Cantina. Our experience was outstanding. They were very accommodating to my requests. There was very little wait time after we placed our orders. Everyone involved was very nice. This is our first visit and we will be returning. The Cantina deserves more than 5 stars. You will not be disappointed.

The food was pretty good. The beans and rice were a tad cold, but still had flavor.

First time here and absolutely incredible. We will be back. Everything was delicious! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Food was delicious, atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff was kind.

We ate here for the first time tonight. It was quite good. I had tacos and my wife had a chimichanga. Everything was done well including the service. The homemade taco shells were perfect. This area needs a place like this. We look forward to coming back!

This was our second time ordering takeout from the Cantina and everything was delicious and portion sizes were very good! We had tacos (American version), burritos with veggies/beef and nachos grande with beef. All good! I'm glad we tried it a second time because the first time I got a pasta dish that was just okay (kind of bland). We have nothing to say about the waitstaff because we got takeout but the girl on the phone was very nice and ensured that our rather large order was correct.

This place had some of the best service I have ever received. They had a wide variety on their menu and the waitress even explained the menu choices and provided input on them. All the food items we ordered were exceptional. Would eat there again!

Great meal with extended family. Waitresses were very attentive and helpful with suggestions. Impressed with the drink menu! Food was tasty and good portion size. Reservations are a good idea. Place was packed early on a Wednesday evening.
Will recommend to our friends and be sure to come back.

The guac was amazing. Looking forward to getting back there soon.

Food is fabulous, service was very good and the atmosphere was nice for a small restaurant. I will absolutely go back!

Ordered Black and Blu burger.1/2 lb. Hand pattied, Cooked perfectly medium/well. Came with fries. Small bar inside. Will be returning to try a Mexican dish.

We’ve been there several times now. Everytime we go- it’s fantastic! The Queso dip is great. The food is always Hot & Fresh. You definitely need to try the Steak Fajitas!!!

Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Friendly service, but it took a few minutes for a late lunch. The food was delicious.

Had blackened salmon fajitas, my wife had salmon tacos. Was served with refried beans, yellow rice, refried beans, and soft corn taco shells. Everything was super yummy and portions were generous! Service was super responsive and friendly. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended!
