Station Taproom

Stopped by for the first time on a Sunday about 1PM and are very glad that we did. The taproom was comfortably busy but service was fast and friendly. The brunch menu is creative while having standard fare for those less adventurous. The Black Bean Burger is delicious (but be aware a bit spicy) and the Eggs/scrapple Benedict was a delicious flavor experience. Respect for the chef and staff for flavor and presentation. Very good beer and cocktail menu. Obviously we will be back.

We came to the Station Taproom for dinner a few weeks ago and I honestly don't have enough good things to say about this resturant. First and foremost they have the best curry I have ever had, and I would 100% go out of my way to have it again. The wait staff from the bartenders to the waiter (maybe he was the manager) tending us once we got to a table were all so accommodating and friendly. When we first got there they were pretty busy but after tasting the food, I understand why. They have a one page menu with daily specials and a large variety of cocktails and drafts to choose from. We got quite a few dishes and had not one complaint. I would/do recommend this resturant to anyone looking for a place to eat in the Downingtown area. You may have a wait but the wait is worth it!

Wanted to head out on a Friday night and didn't want to repeat any of our regular joints. Found this place which was a 30 min drive and boy, it didn't disappoint.
server Kate was great. In fact one of the customers before us complimented her saying she was the best server she had ever seen.
Good and myriad collections of beer which we liked. Food was good as well. Try the jalapeno quesadilla and the poutine for sure

Right across the Downingtown train station.. This place serves great food and good drinks.. We had a good time

We stopped in because the other place had too long of a wait & we are so glad we did! The service was exceptional and quick, food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Not a lot of restaurants give me that “impressed” kind of feeling, but this one sure did. Our waitress even chased us down when our keys were left! If we are ever in town again we will definitely be back.

Love the Station Taproom. The food, drinks and service are always fantastic. Always amazed that the small kitchen can put out such high quality food. Have never had a bad meal there no matter have chosen from menu. Variety of beers on tap is always good, cocktails as well. Can get pretty crowded, so be patient. No reservations, just go and put your name in for table and have a beer.

Decided to try this place after reading some reviews and wow! Atmosphere is just okay across from the train but the food was outstanding, great beer selection and the service excellent. Will be back again.

Mac and cheese was spicy and delicious and the smash burger was perfect.

Great place to grab a drink or eats. Good selection of beers on tap and insightful food items. I had the red curry with shrimp, which had great flavor (maybe a tad salty). Impossible burger was also a good choice. Fries are amazing. Worth the visit.

This one of our go to places. Seasonal, Creative and Delicious Menu. We started with the Mussels appetizer. Nice portion and the broth was outstanding. My wife had the Smash Burger. She loved it, although I stole her side of Bacon Onion Jam...Yum! I had the Kimchi Brisket Panini. Out of this world. Needless to say, we could only eat half and took the other half home. Just as delicious reheated.
Great selection of Whiskey and Wine and we learned that they do afternoon Tastings in the Bottle Room next door on Saturdays. We'll be back!

One of the best sandwiches I've had in a long, long time! The kimchi Reuben was spectacular. Also very messy, juicy, delicious and huge.
The Mahi tacos my wife had were really good as well.

The place was so full last time we came, that we had to leave, so plan your visit (Google Maps has a good chart for that).

The bathroom was clean and smelled nice, service was great and the nitro stout I had with the meal was very satisfying.

We'll be back to try something else before they change the menu at the end of September.

Me and my beautiful drive an hour for this food. Station is amazing. Great food great service great atmosphere you can’t beat it. Station Taproom is amazing you need to get the eats.

They're brunch is the best around! Huge menu, great drinks, awesome home-made Bloody Mary's and the best brussel sprouts I've ever tasted! One of my favorite brunch spots in the Downingtown area!

From our service, to our drinks, to our food…everything was phenomenal!!!! Food was piping hot and delicious! Our dining space was a little tight and parking is limited, but everything else was awesome!

We love this place and have been coming here almost as long as they have been open. Food is excellent and the tap list is always top notch. Staff treat you like family. It's downingtowns cheers!

The place was packed but we found a seat at the bar. We both had the Smash burger and it was a very good burger. It took a while to get , it was definitely worth the wait.

Be we're looking for a new place to go and tired of everything else around here. So we tried the taproom. We would definitely go back to when of our new favorites dinner places

We’ve been coming here for years and whether it’s brunch or dinner it’s always been good! The craft cocktails available for takeout during Covid are awesome too. When seating is available their space is smaller, so it can get loud. This past weekend I experienced their food truck for the first time, also great! Poké outside by the river, with music and a cider made for a perfect Sunday.

I went here for brunch, it was outstanding! I got the chicken and waffles, my fiance got skillet baked eggs. Both were delicious, plates and food were hot! My advice is to come hungry!! Overall I would recommend to come here early, as this spot will get crowded quickly. When you walk in there is no hostess, just plop down wherever. Service is quick and polite.

Wow, really good food! I had the Smashburger and he had the Pulled Pork sandwich. Both were terrific.

Just went here about 12pm today. Wasn't sure about the place because I'm not from here. We had such friendly service. Went to the bar to eat and was told about the special. Chocolate peanut butter french toast . We split it and we both had ceasar salads. It was amazing!! So amazing I'm going to try it at home. My husband had a couple of beers and really liked them. Nice atmosphere too. I will go back the next time I'm in town.
