My wife enjoyed Sweets of Gold today. It is a quaint little shop in the heart of Mikes rug about two miles from downtown Bellefonte. Their baked goods and sweets were delicious. Give them a try. For now, only open Friday’s and Saturday’s from 8 am to 3 pm.

Sweets of Gold is an exceptional business. Wonderfully creative and tasty baked goods with fantastic customer service. I recently ordered a small custom cake and Sarah's signature, highly decorated cookies for my daughter's 2nd birthday and could not have been happier with the results. Sarah's suggestion to use strawberry for a 'less sweet' cake option was spot on. Highly recommend.
