Almost impossible to get a live person on the phone. I finally succeeded in reaching the receptionist after days of trying, but was told my agent was on another line and would get back to me. Two days of waiting and attempting to reach a live person again led me to move my policies elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Realized my insurance card was outdated while trying to get an inspection on a saturday. Called the insurance Co the agency recommended and they are closed on Saturday and their website is down. Called the agent''s after hours number and someone answered. I expressed my frustration and got a stern lecture on how I am supposed to keep a current card with me. Very disappointed. Should have stuck with the larger companys afterall.
