Worst customer service ever. Tried to buy new policy for my vehicle, given the complete run around for over a month. Every time I called, I got nothing but excuses as to why my new policy was not prepared. When confronted about the ball dropping and foot dragging, the agent got rude and disrespectful...needless to say, I took my money and business elsewhere!!!
