We’ve been buying appliances from Debbie for probably the last 32 years. She’s the nicest, friendliest person around and it’s a pleasure to work with her. She’s very attentive to her customers and a friend to many of us. I’m always happy with my appliances and Debbie is the best. She takes care of us and makes sure everything is perfect. Thanks to Highway Appliance for employing such a great person. She is an asset to your company. The rest of the staff are always friendly too and as a whole I would recommend Highway to anyone who needs appliances.

My mother is getting her kitchen remodeled so we went here looking for a new stove. She needs it to be white so we needed to see a selection that offers it in both. We went to lowes 1st. Where they only have 2 white gas ranges. This place had over 15 options at a better price. The delivery and removal option was cheaper also. They even offered to let us order it and hold it free of charge no down payment until the new kitchen is done. Carla was a huge help she provided excellent service.

Five stars all the way. I didn't buy my washer there,I bought it from a warehouse place. 13 days after warranty was out it broke. The warehouse said I was too far away for their technicians to service it. I walked into highway appliance and they were wonderful. Two techs were there in service department and said they were free to come right now because I'm close. Rick and his trainee Josh did a great job explained the problem and went out to service van too get the part. I was up and running in no time at all. Lesson learned for me, any new appliances I need will come from highway.

My Dryer suddenly stopped heating up on 10/12/23. I went down to HA and spoke with Carla about buying a new one. She checked and informed me that I still have a warranty on the dryer. A team arrived on the 17th. Seamless operation. Alex and Josh were great...even measured my opening for a new refrigerator. Great service.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. So much to choose from in all departments. Very reasonably priced.

This place is a real gem for the Mon Valley. Debbie is terrific. She listens & gives you honest advice. Their delivery is free & the guys were fast, efficient & knowledgeable. You can't best having their support through their in-house repair Dept. We have bought a few appliances from them their prices are competitive & they are heads & shoulders above big stores for service.

These people are just wonderful to work with. I have had both Frank and Debbie as sales people, and both are great. The prices are better than anywhere, even with extra delivery to my area. And they know what they’re doing installing, don’t bang up my house, always very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have bought everything from a chest freezer to electric reclining chairs from them, they’re just great.

We bought a washer and dryer. Debbie was very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions. The entire staff is very friendly. The two guys, Nick and Jake who delivered and install our washer and dryer are knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Highway Appliance to everyone.

Darlene was super patient and explained every washing machine model we looked at. Finally settled on one. We are scheduled for a pick up before this weekend. Great place, great help.

Good prices, good products. Their in house warranty is nice too. It saved us when the brain in our washer fried a few years ago.

I don't know why you would shop anywhere else for appliances. One on one attention, best prices, best service. I've been a customer for 25 years and I have never been disappointed. Every experience has been positive.

The heating element in my 17 year old GE Profile Spectra convection oven went bad. Chris, who replaced it this week, was very respectful, courteous, and helpful. He did a great job! I'm so thankful that i didn't have to buy a new stove. It's like new now! :-)

Always a good experience at Highway. Like the fact that they have seasoned sales professionals that have been there for years. You can count on seeing the same people on your next visit.

Cant say enough good things about HW!!! Our family has been going here for generations now, and will continue to do so. Big box stores are horrible by comparison! Anything they can get HW can also get. Better yes, HW is old school and values your families business, and most importantly all their installers are their own employees. They also take pride in their work, which is evident with everyone we dealt with. Not a SINGLE big box store employee ever cared about our family, sales or install by comparison. Yes, you might save $20 or $30 in the big box store in some instances, but we'd rather see than small delta go to a company like HW that operates like professionals and is always there if anything goes wrong. Anyone shopping at a big box place vs HW (or other small business with similar industry tenure) is asking for trouble. Hardly anyone still sells and installs in house, but HW does, and its well....WELL WORTH IT! We hope this review helps someone else. Thank you.

Selling girl was excellent. Got the price we wanted on the stove. Delivery Tuesday.
