I reached out to this store after having an issue at a different location. Their patience and kindness impressed me; should have done business here from the beginning instead of the other store. Despite not being a part of the other franchise, calls were made, help was given and my issue was resolved. Anyone with Verizon should visit this location as they go above and beyond.

I give a 5 star rating. Dodie is your girl if you need anything. She is my go to for 15+ years. In those years not once did she fail to answer my questions, find the best plans that work for me, find the right device/devices I was looking for or needed. I personally, go St.Clair just so I can have Dodie help me.

Dodie and Bolton provided amazing customer service at the St. Claire location. My phone (an old model) had difficulty completing the data transfer. Bolton and Dodie were incredibly helpful throughout the process and thorough in answering all my questions. Highly recommend this Verizon location.

Bolton was great. My phone was not Receiving messages. It was patient and confidin his job.. My phone now gets messages. Bolton was down-to-earth and very pleasant made me feel comfortable.

I had the pleasure of working with Bolton on my recent visit to the Verizon store in St. Clair. He was on his own that night and managed to work with 4 other customers, but still made me feel like I was the only one there. I was having issues with my new phones and, although Bolton could not solve the issue, he tried very hard. He directed me to visit a corporate store who would be better able to help me. Bolton was kind enough to even stay past closing, which the employees at the corporate store definitely were not. I highly recommend the Verizon St. Clair store!

Dodie is the MOST amazing! After having a horrible 3 day long battle with another carrier I developed a complex dealing with cell phone companies, but Dodie took us on and did all the things to get us set up with phones and home internet for the whole family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dodie is the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a recent issue with Samsung watch and she was able to get me the help i needed.

Bolton was extremely helpful in our upgrading experience. We came later in the evening, and he treated us the same as he would if we came any other time. He stayed late and made sure everything was good with our phones. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars because he was awesome!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because it is well deserved. Dodie is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist in customer needs. I had issues with my phone over the weekend and she did her best to walk me through what was needed to help rectify my situation. She is always professional and listens to customers needs and concerns. She makes them feel at ease by explaining the different phone features and what works best for each customer. Dodie never rushes you and makes you feel like your a VIP customer. She made purchasing a new phone easy and answered all my concerns especially making sure everything was backed up i I didn’t lose any contacts or photos. If your in the need for a new phone or if you have questions about any cellular phone, go see Dodie - she’s your girl.

My Sales Representative was by far the best I ever had. She is knowledgeable and can multitask like I have never seen before in a business. Not to mention she is polite and thanked the Verizon IT center for their help.

Bolton is a very amazing staff member of Verizon !!! He multi- tasked setting up new service for myself and upgrade for my oldest daughter’s phone and added a new line and phone for my youngest daughter. He is helpful and knowledgeable.
