Very unreliable electric service. Nasty answering service when you call in the frequent electric outages. They had the opportunity to sell their poorly run company and instead raised their rates higher and supply the worse service. They don’t reward net metering customers and do not encourage renewable energy sources. Vermont PUC should fine them.

Worst electric company there is. They have a monopoly over many surrounding towns and have extremely high rates and very poor service
