Senesac Auto Body

Did a great, thorough job, fixing my truck. Still give five stars but to be honest with ppl when we went to pay the truck deductible he didn't have a sign or tell us or advertise that if you pay with a card your charge four percent more to cover the loss. While this is true and I understand I would of paid by check or cash. Just figured I'd pay next cycle. Get the points. He apologized and said he should have told us before he swiped and I appreciate him being polite and nice but there should be a sign where the credit card sign is warning ppl they will pay more.

I've used Senesac Auto Body on multiple occasions. If you want your accident to look like it never happened, then this is the body shop you need to do business with. I've seen some of his custom work as well...clearly one of the best in the business! I highly recommend this shop to address all your auto body needs!

Our 2007 Imprezza's roof got trashed by a huge slab of ice air-born on the highway, and Senesac did a perfect job. The roof looks like brand new; no seems; all electricals working. They also found and repaired other small dents done the the ice that we did not see. They replaced a brake light for free that had nothing to do with the incident. They vacuumed and cleaned the interior beautifully. They do not cave to insurance claim adjusters' pressure to do it cheap. They took the time needed to do it right. Their shop is very clean and organized--always a good sign in the mechanic and auto body field. You can tell by talking with these people that they know their stuff, and they truly care.

If I could rate zero stars I would. My insurance sent my vehicle to senesac auto after I hit a deer. I received my car back a month later with a nice new headlight bumper and front quarter panel. Body work looked ok.... Here's the problem.. my vehicle has no warning lights on even after the accident I drove it home. When I received my car back however the check engine light was on, car would not go over 3k rpms, I had NO lights working in the back and not to mention blown fuses and he didn't even bother to align it after a front end collision! I brought it to automaster , the computer was blown. If you have anymore then a scratch I wouldn't bring your vehicle to senesac. Go in with a busted headlight and bumper come out with $1400 in electrical problems!
