After finally talking my husband into upgrading his 15 year old phone, we made a trip to the Montoursville Verizon Store. Matt immediately greeted us, worked to find the best phone for my husband, and got the new phone up and running seamlessly. His friendly demeanor, unending patience, and expertise were greatly appreciated.

There are several other cell service choices in this area but it’s customer service provided by associates like Malbert that keep our family coming back to Verizon. He has helped us at the Montoursville Verizon on multiple occasions and is always courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks Malbert!
