I was looking for specific things, that might possibly be hard to locate. I needed a nightstand with drawers and a an upholstered chair to use at a desk in our guest room that at times doubles as an office. Cook's had exactly what I wanted! Ann was very helpful at locating all possibilities in the store. Delivery in my area was already scheduled for the next day, so Brian added my items and had them here less than 24 hours after I was in the store! I will definitely be back! Wonderful service and furniture each and every time we make a purchase. Love my entire living room and my husband loves his Adirondack chair at his camp! Cooks is always our first choice when it comes to furniture. I recommend it to friends who are searching for just the right furniture!

I found the Kane store to have extremely helpful people, both sales and delivery. The selection of in stock beds was quite sufficient to choose from and I love my new mattress. This is my second purchase from Cook's and I'll bet it won't be my last.

Was staying at an Airbnb.. above their store.. we were using the back parking area to load and unload my 33-year-old son ...who's completely handicapped .. an associate who works
in the store Anne.. yelled and screamed at my son and my nephew ..who was carrying my son to the vehicle to be loaded.. to get out of her parking space.. there was no signs designating anybody for parking.. in the lot.. my nephew explained how he was handicapped and couldn't walk.. she said she didn't care about the fact that he was handicapped.. or that he was unable to walk.. that he just needed to move my vehicle.. completely unprofessional and inhuman she was.. we will not be shopping there for any further furniture needs and though we contacted the store itself ..no one has reached out to us concerning this horrific incident of disrespect
