DICK'S Sporting Goods

Stopped by looking for a bike for my sons birthday in October. Found a great deal but even better service Dom in bike section dropped everything he was doing to take care of use. It’s not the closest store to me being a Northumberland resident but have had great service all around worth the drive.

Please note, this store is still thriving! Its in a terribly empty mall thats rumored to be closing soon. The few stores left are having insane discounts to empty the shelves. I asked employees if Dicks was closing soon and was told they have not been told anything about closing or been givin a date. Store was well staffed and stocked (this store does not seem to be closing)and even had giant "now hiring"signs all over the store front. Great service, great merchandise, well supplied!

I am super impressed with the Muncy - Lycoming Mall - location. Their customer service is proactive and very helpful. I want to give particular appreciation to their manager Corey, who sets a great example for his team. Totally happy with our purchase and the service!

A beginner in golf and a guy was extremely beneficial in helping me find a Left Handed Driver and head cover for only $95! He was a great guy and knew what he was talking about

Very helpful staff, nice large store with many selections. Very clean and well kept, lots of parking and they offer online ordering and exchanges.

With quick and helpful service I was able to find the right bicycle for me as well as find a new bicycle lock! The employees helped me with every question I had and assisted me with fitting the bicycle in the trunk of my car as well.
Very helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for knowledgable and helpful staff!

Actually I had a great experience at this location. I had placed an online order and found that the store price was $5 cheaper. I figured it would be a logistical nightmare to return an online order and then purchase it again, but it was very painless. He applied the price difference to additional purchase.

I needed equipment for my daughter’s first time playing softball. Who knew there are so many options for every little piece of equipment?! If it weren’t for a young sales associate named Dom (at the Lycoming Mall location), we never would have figured out what we needed. He made it so easy! Thank you Dom!

Great sporting goods, clothing, and outdoor equipment selection here at competitive prices. Stopped in while in the mall at the bookstore and found a few items that I liked. This is one of the few highlights left in this mall that is slowly dying and is worth a visit if you are in the area.

Went there today to buy cleats for my son. The salesman/ Customer service rep named Alex at the Muncy,PA location was very helpful and informed about my purchase.

This Dick's Sporting goods is conveniently located inside the Lycoming Mall. It can also be accessed from the stand-alone entrance. The store itself is clean and the staff is helpful.
