Jacob made me and my fiancé feel like the luckiest couple in the world. We bought our wedding rings and mine needed to be tighter to my finger, not only did he went above and beyond to try and fix it a day before our wedding when the store was about to close AND they were done doing those type of jobs until Monday (we went on a Saturday) and our wedding was the next day. But on top of that he didn’t charge us, he said it was our wedding gift. Thank you so much Jacob, that meant a lot to us and we won’t ever get tired of telling this story.

Would love to say Thank you to Tony. I sent my wedding band for resizing and that's it. This man went out his way and replaced the diamond (small one) I had been missing for 4 yrs. He didn't have to do it but he did with kindness. Because of that small but big gesture to me they have a customer for life. Tony thank you again you have made me and my wife happy we chose you to do the work.

Just visiting this area. And visiting jewelry stores in area. I was blown away by the professional way I was treated and cleanliness of store. Everything was well displayed and affordable. I'm not used to being treated like a high end client on first introduction. I was totally pleased enough to write a review. I highly recommend this store. I cannot say enough about Ripa's. He is super nice. I went in with 2 mangled bent rings, never thought they could be fixed. Mr. Ripa not only fixed my rings they look as good as new!! He is outstanding!! I will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you Mr. Ripa for giving me back my engagement and wedding rings!

Best experience I ever had with a jeweler. The owner of the store knows every detail about jewelry and with the years experience and knowledge why would you go anywhere else? Changed batteries in my watch while I waited when other jewelers "had to send it out", Custom made jewelry, and fantastic relationships with customers. This is all around the best jeweler and store I have ever walked into.

Need links taken out of watches for christmas? Look no further! Needed links removed from two watches I ordered and everywhere I called I would have to leave it and wait days for it to be done or pay a crazy amount of money. Not here! Greeted with a smile and a very "no problem at all, piece of cake attitude" when I asked them. They were more than happy to help me at a fantastic price!
I will now always consider this place from now on for all jewelry purchases knowing this kindness and honest that will be behind each piece. MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL!!!

This is the only jewelry store in the mall. It has wirh stood all the other jewelry stores because of the fine jewelry it has and displays. It looks like a jewelry store! There is no cheap jewelry here. You get what you pay for. The jeweler is very friendly and professional. He takes his time with people whether you spend $100 or $10,000. A very good jewelry store!

Jake treats you like family. He is more than fair with his prices and a very respectful person. He is also community minded, a great storyteller and funny! I would recommend his business to anyone!

I'll give it a 5 star cause the customer service was excellant and was very polite. But what they charge to repair your jewelry is very high. I got a guard for my husbands band and my trio set welded together and straighten back out cause it got caught in the door so all that came to 100 dollars. WOW OMG

Wow is the only adjective I can think of. I purchased a sterling silver charm for my girlfriend it was only $15 Mr. Ripa treated me like I was spending a small fortune. Kudos to the Ripa family
