I've always been pleased with this location. Tidy store and friendly staff. Just be careful, Kohls has a way of making you feel like you are getting a better deal than you really are. Great at marketing for sure..

Everybody at the William sport store was so nice and light goods sales. They help me at the register. Sign up for cold points which was very nice. I will be back.

This Kohls store is quite nice. I've always had good experiences here. The associates are friendly and the selection is very nice.

Love this store , it's the only place my husband can get clothes they have a great Big & Tall section but it's a lil $$$$ but still worth it they have a quality that you can't get anywhere else

The staff here are great and always go out of their way to help when they can! I recently had a family emergency, where I wasn’t able to make it into the store to get the back back I wanted/ needed before the coupon expire, and I called and explained my situation, and they were glad to help! They still honored my coupon, and I went in that very day and got the backpack I wanted! It was a much needed happy moment in a week of a lot of stress. Thank you to the people at khols!

Our Williamsport Kohl's is always clean, has plenty of inventory, and very pleasant staff/associates. The hours are also very convenient.

Kohl's is one of the best places i have shopped at such as in store and online. I have experienced awesome customer service at a Kohl's store when I have had to be at the store to return a item to and it was politely handled and I appreciate it. I love some of the items I have purchased from Kohl's as they have been fantastic quality items so thank you for helping us have some fantastic quality items available to help us how you can. I like kohl's a lot because it has a good selection of things and the coupons and the Sales are always great. The staff is frienplay.

One of the few remaining retail stores in this dying town... I like this place. I'm really looking forward to seeing them incorporate Sephora into this location. The place hasn't been the same since they stopped selling their fragrance collection. Still, the clothing selection is good enough if you aren't trying to stand out too much (a little too subdued for my taste, but I do attend events that require a subtle touch like theirs). And the pajama sets and clothes for my son are great!

I wish this store had more items available for pickup from the website. Sigh... It's just another reminder that I live in Nowheresville.

I WOULD like to end on a positive note, though. I have to say, the cashiers at both of the regular registers AND the customer service registers at EVERY Kohl's store I've ever visited, including the one in Howell, NJ, have never been anything but AMAZING!!! SO sweet and friendly, and always immensely helpful! You guys are doing a fabulous job of selecting the people who most prominently represent you!! ❤
