UPMC Family Medicine at Loyalsock

Always a short wait. Staff is always friendly and helpful....nurses are great and Dr. Rogers is very helpful and easy to talk to. I always get a call back or response quickly. Me and my young daughter have been going there for the past 2 years and never had any problems. This office has been a much better experience than what office/dr I grew up with.

Love Dr. Lyne. She always answers my messages. Shoes a genuine concern for my well-being. Always explains my test results in the app. ❤❤❤

Building is outdated, but staff is great. The nurses that answer the phone are very polite and try to get you in the right direction, and if they don't know, they will get you answer promptly and call you back. Never had to wait long in waiting room and the staff is very efficient.

The staff is kind and courteous!! The Doctors, Nurses and medical staff are professional, caring and compassionate!!!

I switched to Loyalsock Family Medicine and so did my daughter. Very thorough with their patients. And wait time is great! I don't plan on going anywhere .

Went to here from Geisinger because this office is closer to my home. Very bad experience compared to Geisinger. Definitely a lack of communication and a lack of care. Going back to Geisinger, even if I have to drive further.

Worst medical office in the area. They don’t care about their patients and do not return phone calls. If they make a mistake or injure you during treatment they expect you to pay all costs incurred to fix something that they did wrong. Poor attitude toward you and you are treated like an income producer for them. Go elsewhere if you wanted treated with kindness.
