I have shopped at Valu several times and have always had the same excellent experience. There is always someone there to greet you when you walk in the door and to guide you to the items that you need. I have found the employees to be helpful, patient, understanding and professional. The store is clean, well lit and organized. It is in a convenient location with a good sized parking lot.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and most items are usually in stock. Quick in and out , unlike the big box stores.

Recently stopped in to pick up a few items. Can not express how wonderful this store is. From the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I left I was met with friendly and helpful people. Upon checking out, the clerk was so sweet and friendly. Can’t say enough about your associates. Keep doing what your doing. I will be back.

Can't tell you how many times I have pulled in only to have the door locked just before I make it to the door. Today I was treated with compassion by the people at value they allowed me to get a wax ring for my toilet right at 9pm
