LJS had a customer that was dissatisfied with team member in which was the customer's order was her fault, not LJS. Team member and manager was very tactful in their response. I commended them. Why does so many patrons act so badly? LJS staff did a phenomenal job with the situation!! Food was very good!!

Waitress was very very nice and she even went out of her way for us..while the place was busy ....need more people like this in our world👍🏻I gave her a nice tip

Went thru drive thru, always friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Nice little place with a retro feel and the captains bell at the door to say thanks to the staff on your way out. The food was top notch fried goodness. Plenty of seating inside and parking outside.

This is the best LJS to go to. Fish is always cooked to perfection using clean cooking oil. All the others attached to a KFC or Taco Bell use the same oil for the chicken and you can tell.

Cheese bites should have a mozzarella blend so they melt. Microwaved mine, still wasn't as gooey as I like.

Great experience! Food came out fast. It was delicious too! The one who served us, I think his name is Dave, served us and everyone else while we were there with an infectious smile. He even helped a lady decide what she wanted when she left her glasses in the car and couldn't read the menu. Fun staff and clean resteraunt too!

All you can eat special on Sunday for $7.99. Exquisite, luscious chicken and fish. AND a manager who goes out of his way to accommodate ALL of his guests, even when his restaurant is completely full! This is the best Long John Silver's I have ever been to, and that is because of the manager. He went out of his way to accommodate my huge party of 11 people at his busiest time of the day. Every time my family and I are in Williamsport we will make a point of eating there. And my local family members who we were visiting were so impressed with the quality of service and food that they want to go there more often too. Long John Silver's management, if you are reading this, I sincerely urge you to please give the manager and his employees big raises in this great economy! The food came quick, hot, and with a very courteous smile from the manager himself! We could not possibly ask for more from a great restaurant such as this!!

While I don't personally eat fast food, I stopped here so that my mother could grab dinner. In her words: the food at this location is consistently good and fresh, and the service is great. Her hush puppies were especially perfect (and those in particular will sponge up grease like nobody's business if not made well). Nothing was greasy or smelled of old fryer oil, which I appreciated!

While I can't speak for the taste of the food personally, I will say the ladies at the drive-thru were pleasant, upbeat and just lovely to interact with. 5 stars for the great staff and high standards for food!

Best customer service I have had at a long John silvers.

It would be super cool if you open for breakfast and serve salmon patties with grits and egg. Otherwise it's fish from a drive thru, life doesn't get any better than that.
