Excellent Crew of Operators. Very professional and knowledgeable. They've bailed me out twice this past month when I've ended up in an emergency situation and had to have a tractor trailer towed. Both times were due to electrical issues. These guys have been able to bypass the issue both times and were even courteous enough to follow me back to my terminal. The fee is a small price to pay to ensure the safety of myself and my equipment. They are honest and hardworking people. Joe was great. Woke up in the middle of the night and was there in under 2 hours when I was stuck and needed help. I highly recommend this company for all of your towing needs. Well worth the money. I wish them many more years of prosperity and success.

Definitely will be back. In Vermont it's hard to find a trailer washout on a Saturday. Called them and it was no problem. Gentleman showed up and took care of me and gave me a goodie bag. Thank you guys for caring about us drivers.

I had some body work done after a deer hit my new car. TDI got my car in quickly and did and amazing job it looks like nothing happened I highly recommend TDI for any body work or any other services they offer they are amazing and affordable. Thank you for doing such a amazing job.

The best experience I’ve ever had with a garage. A group of friendly and knowledgeable people. They had my car in and out in a little less than 2 weeks after an accident when just about everyone else quoted a month or more. I couldn’t be happier with my service :)

I recently hit a deer and was 300 miles from home. I was able to get the car to the destination but it needed a tow back to the area of my home.

Working with insurance to set up a tow company was difficult as many things were dropped (tow was approved but no tow company designated for instance).
I needed to vacate the place we were staying (it was a 5 day getaway), and until TDI was finally contacted by my insurance carrier (day 4) did I get resolution.

Aaron called me to let me know he had the assignment, asked if we were okay and if we needed a lift back as well, and reassured me he would have someone there to me by the next morning to tow the vehicle.

RJ the driver arrived and despite it being a most difficult approach to load the car on (one lane approach roadway with difficult turns along that way and he could not access the driveway because of its angularity) he was determined to get the car on the flatbed, bring it back out the lane (navigating the curvy road backward with a very long flatbed) and got the car to the collision shop before it closed that day (which they were demanding, given it was not drivable).

Both Aaron and RJ were patient, polite and reassuring. Above all, they got it done. I highly recommend them for towing.

Aaron & his team at TDI really came through for me and my fiancé on a last minute call over the weekend for a broken valve stem and a fused lug bolt. Speaking with Aaron on the phone, he was very polite, helpful and considerate of our plight, as well as the gentleman who came out to help us initially. Would absolutely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone else needing a knowledgeable team!

Not many options for a washout (within company network) along my route to the shipper and had to pickup same day. Was running a few minutes past their washout hours. But luckily an employee stayed and washed out my trailer. Would recommend them for washouts 100%. Professional environment and communication at the front desk and over the phone.

I cannot thank TDI enough for helping me out today! I had a screw lodged in my tire and the it was temporarily patched elsewhere. I received the replacement tire at home today and thankfully TDI was able to put the new tire on for me. Not only were they able to accommodate me last minute (which is greatly appreciated), but everybody there was so extremely kind and professional. I have already saved their contact info in my phone and will definitely be a repeat customer. THANK YOU!

I would like to take the time and think the whole crew of TDI, this crew did a fantastic job, they helped me out big time. They made sure I was taken care of at the motel,food, had a way to go. I used the heavy duty wrecker service to load my trailer after my equipment broke down and TDI was more than helpful and knowledgeable in getting me loaded and back on the road! Super nice and courteous. Definitely be calling them again if I’m in the area and need assistance

The crew from TDI was awesome to deal with. They were able to get my tow camper out of 8” of mud and delivered to CT from NY with no damage.

They were the only tow truck to help our 54 passenger coach bus get out of the snow not once BUT TWICE! Such nice guys and great customer service. Could not recommend them more

Matt came out and saved us! Car blew a tire and was stuck on the side of the highway. Insurance company couldn’t find a solution in time so I called this group and they were there in 45 minutes. Matt was a great professional and drove us to our final destination safely and soundly! Overall, highly recommend this company and Matt!

Excellent service and professional services. I caught them shortly before closing the main shop, and they got me in anyway for a tire replacement. I HIGHLY recommend them and will give them my business from here on out.
Perhaps if you stop in you might also get to see the fancy Peterbilt tow truck! 😁

I called Aaron at TDI set up an appointment to tow a fifth wheel camper to Highgate, VT for disposal, tow charge $675.
After speaking to Casella several times during the week to confirm that they take campers at Casella Highgate location it was a green-light. Kevin our tow driver arrived with a big rig that could tow just about anything with any type of hitch. We set out on our journey to Highgate from Grand Isle as we arrived they would not except a fifth wheel camper at the Highgate location and said we had to go to Williston.
I called Aaron back telling him the situation were in and we sit out on our journey heading south now to Williston, VT.
Aaron work with me and only charged a additional $375. Total for this massive run around $1,050.
I will most definitely will use TDI in the future.

Very nice people and friendly dogs! Trailer washout was very quick, yet thorough. If I'm back in this area, I'd definitely stop again.

I wish there were 10 stars for TDI. Eric came out at night for me and was awesome. Anthony came out the next morning and was having another issue. He was awesome, great with computers. I would recommend this company to everybody. I live outside of Philly, and I wish we had people as nice as Herb, Eric, and Anthony. Also, Aaron at the office. Everybody gets 10 🌟 🤩

We had an issue with our band's tour bus while out on the road. Everyone at TDI was kind to us and they got us back on the road quickly. We were able to get our bus back on the road in a matter of hours, with no previous appointment. We really appreciate the work they did!
