I had a blast here. It is a superb museum. There is a lot of very random, cool stuff and some weird stuff, all of it interesting. I definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out. It is worth it, and a small donation is nice to help them keep it going.

What a special place! We knew about this place in advance from a documentary we had seen and it did not disappoint. We were the only visitors at the time and it really added to the experience. It's free to enter but donations are recommended and there's a little selection of merch. Just wonderful and so clever, highly recommend.

The ultimate hidden gem. Just a quirky museum that sucks you in and before you know it your reading every caption and then wondering what's next. Very well done and I can't wit to see the next temporary e hibit

A thoughtful experience. Guided tours were being offered when we visited, we opted for self led. The new wheel exhibit was quite fun/interactive - my toddler left happy with his own, handmade pinwheel.

A quaint collection of, as the name suggests, everyday life. This museum walls the line between weird collection of random things and actual informative museum nicely.

To me the little things we barely notice would be great to preserve, as it shows how we've changed over time. What was it like to brush your teeth decades ago? What did people carry in their pocket or suitcase? Neat things like that are fun to see. Plus, it's a donation-based museum. It's worth a quick stop just to see what it's all about!

To quote the founder, “It is an independently run museum whose mission is to capture a “...slow-motion cataloguing of the quotidian–a detailed, theatrical expression of gratitude and love for the minuscule and unglamorous experience of daily life in all its forms.”The museum's focus is to highlight the beauty in everyday objects that are traditionally overlooked or taken for granted and does so by creating public exhibits, writing articles and manifestos in their philosophy department, and by creating and doing live performances.”

Think about pencils, scissors, miniature things and a dragon made from tinfoil?? It was back over the winter and I forgot to review when we went to Glover. I remember ready about this odd, cool, artsy museum and thought! Yes!!! I have to pop in! And yes, make a donation!

Usually only one other couple or family in there if that, Glover isn’t a huge town, heck Vermont isn’t a huge state! So give this little museum some love! Pop in for even :30, you didn’t think of it! Take a photo for Instagram or for your Nana, heck take your Nana, then go to lunch!!!

Go, enjoy your day and don’t for parking is easy and the museum is fun!😜

This was a wonderful museum that had many items on display, ranging from thought-provoking to funny to informative and back again. If you're in the area, I certainly recommend stopping by.

Funky place. Inspiring and whimsical. You can come in, turn the lights on, pay if/what you wish, buy the postcards as well. Little area for the kids in the back to cut snowflakes during the exhibitions featuring scissors.

What a cool roadside attraction! Literally a museum of mundane items, but with some social history and personal stories attached.

I love a deep-dive into a particular area of human creation-- it felt like a living, three-dimensional podcast. You'll be glad you stopped.

I found myself moved by my visit here in a way that I rarely am by museums. It’s kinda hard to explain in a short review about why — maybe allowing the place to make me think closely about some of the objects in our lives that we take for granted but are in their way marvelous, maybe by some of the personal stories attached to them. Take your time, clear your mind, and go on a journey. Also, I have to say that the writeups are fantastic and among the best I’ve seen anywhere (and the humor is wonderful).

Worth a detour! Such fun to read the humorous signage on the random pieces in their collection-- plus it's free. (though recommend a donation!)

This is one of the most bizarre places I've ever been to. It's a must see attraction is you are anywhere near the area.

Memorable. Humorous. Insightful. This is what a museum should be and The Museum of Everyday Life is all of this and more!
