I have ordered prayer cards from Options Inc for several years, and I am always pleased on well they do with my request. They have done excellent work every time. Not open on Saturdays except by appointment only knew that because of a sign on their door after I drove 20 minutes to get there

Literally the very worst hours ever. This is the only place for being able to drop off packages to ship out and has the worst hours without being open on the weekends. For a bigger town you think they would have some options for people who actually have to work and can’t drop off packages 8-5:30 only during the week. Half the time I sit and wait in the morning for them to not even open up on time. Wish they could be more convenient and have some better hours or somewhere to drop off packages when they’re closed.

Customer service had poor attitude and seemed unfriendly. Did not seem to care nor try to make situation better.
