Seems I can't reply to a review, Virginia ricenos that's the manager you're talking about and she works every single day. She is beyond nice. What I'm assuming is you went in, she either couldn't understand you or you were being highly rude.. such as being on your phone when someone is trying to do their job and serve you. Customer service is by far one of the hardest jobs in the industry and that's simply because the public are customers and are often extremely rude themselves. We are in a secluded area here, and in this economy people would rather collect government funds than work. Everyone is understaffed and underpaid nation wide so Mayne have some human decency and some common respect

Marcus and Alex gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced at a subway. Those boys deserve a raise!

I snuck in during a slow time. Shop was not busy at all. Peaceful environment. Staff was quite friendly to wards me, which is normal. Got a refill & noticed my shoes were squeaking. (Stepped in some soda on the carpet). The hopped right on that to clean it up. Sub was delicious! (rotisserie chicken with bacon & honey mustard sub) YUM

This subway was nice and clean and everything was really friendly.

Great hardworking staff. Jordan was exceptionally helpful with my last large order. Another reviewer said they don't take cards, but I use mine every time that I go there.

Went with the staffs recommendation of the sunrise breakfast sandwich on flat bread. Was pretty good but a bit to much parmesan cheese. (I had her make it the way she eats them)

The manager opened the door for me when she saw my hands were full, she greeted me, i purchased a small drink and brought outside food, they didnt tell me a thing, made me feel comfortable and they were very courteous, keep it up subway

After trying to get a meal at Grand Central Grill and leaving hungry, we found this place and were so relieved to find such pleasant people after what we went through - and the food was good too!

Like stopping here when driving through. Always receive great service and my sandwich is made right.

Typical Subway with consistent healthful food and good service. Will eat here again.
