I went to Bill and Jeremy to get a wheel alignment for my van.
After getting my vehicle on the lift, Bill saw that the problem wasn't the alignment but a tire going bad. Rather than doing what some would do and trying to talk me into rotating the tires and perhaps getting an alignment with a sketchy tire on my vehicle, they said to replace the tire and see if that fixed the problem.
The new tire fixed my issue. Bill and Jeremy didn't charge me a dime for diagnosing my problem but they were more concerned about my family's safety and doing the right thing.
They will definitely be getting all my business in the future. They do great work and are honest gentlemen.
I'd highly recommend BJ's for your automotive repair needs.
