G & W Foods

My visit was pretty average.clean store.good help.quality items and nothing bad or out dated.its an old store I figured by now it would have been remodeled. It's changed a little since I was a kid. They took down the different color shaped wooden diamonds down and vhs rentals are gone but that's obviously a no brainier.but I do with someday they would remodel or build something new there.

As usual, a true pleasure to shop in such a helpful and friendly environment. Thank you, again, GW.

I love shopping here. The staff here is so sweet and helpful. The selection is marvelous, but if they don't have what you want, they will try their darndest to get it. G&W also gives back to community in supporting local causes and buying from local farmers and vendors. I love them for that, too. The produce is really good and they are known for their meat market. You can't beat their 5 for $25.00 specials! Wow! Great deli, too. Their ribs are fabulous! Oh, and their bulk priced herbs and spices are great and inexpensive! Great area/hometown store!

Great small town grocery store. Has good meat market. They utilize home town farm produce when possible. They have nice smoked bbq sandwiches they smoke outside the store. Very clean. Always cold in the store in summer. Free coffee. Great hometown store for small town USA.

I always enjoy going to G&W. They have a great selection & I really appreciate getting a flyer letting me know about upcoming sales! I also enjoy the music they play in the store. Very friendly people.

Best grocery store in town!

I love this store! The best meats are here. The absolute friendliest, and helpful staff are here. If they cannot answer a question, they will go find out the answer for you.

This store is open until 10pm every day except certain holidays. It stays pretty clean and organized, and most of the workers are friendly and helpful.

Local grocery store serves a purpose and all the locals need to support it. A huge convenience store that supports the local economy and better prices than a typical overpriced convenience store at that.

Friendly little store with a great meat counter. They will email their weekly ads... and have a facebook page with a weekly on line bargain.

Great store in Chanute. Bought chicken thighs and vegetables for pad thai. Fresh and tasty food.
