Panera Bread

The food was very good and made fresh. My only complaint would be the price. A bowl of soup and half a sandwich with a drink and a cookie (1/2 off with purchase) was just under $20. I am not faulting the restaurant...this is a bigger problem.

One of my favorite places to eat. Always friendly. Food is hot/cold delicious. I tried the warm Mediterranean salad and it was delicious. I also tried the new strawberry with poppy seeds salad and I enjoyed it too.

I really enjoy patronizing this Panera Bread everytime I get the chance to go to Cape Girardeau, MO. I love the customer service & how clean they keep this store & the food is always fresh & hot! I also like the fact that they have outlets where you can plus your devices at every table & how nice the furniture & the layout of the restaurant! This Panera Bread is flawless! 👍🏾🔥

Seriously great soups and bread. Soups tasted very fresh. Decent prices.

2021 updated review. The broccoli cheese soup is very good.
The side salad has feta cheese and surprisingly kalamata olives. A very good salad.

I wish they turned that fireplace on when it's cold.

One of my favorite food spots in Cape. Both in-store and delivery- the food quality is still the same. I usually go with the Turkey and Apple Sandwich, paired with the Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Their soup is, by far, the best in Cape! Their pastries and cookies are delicious too. I like their drink selection as well.

Thomas the manager of this location gave me a baguette when I asked to switch my side with an apple and let me keep both and was incredibly nice as well, outstanding service. I had the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl and it was outstanding as well, top tier dish!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

The sandwiches were excellent. I had the turkey bacon Avacado. Nice and helpful staff.

Love being able to order ahead and picking up breakfast on the way to work. My order is almost always ready before the estimated time and has very rarely been late. Love the unlimited sips club, too! Unlimited refills all day and you can get a new drink every two hours.

Love the salads but man, the bread they serve on the side is rock hard. It's been this way the last 4 or 5 times our daughter has taken us there. Otherwise it's good.... We use the kiosk ordering which makes waiting in line shorter.

I order online often. My order is always correct and they are very helpful if I have any questions. One time they were out of the dessert and the manager called me to make sure I was aware and gave me a selection of what was available. Then he made the dessert free of charge, even though i told him that was unnecessary. That is customer service.

Good food. Recommend. Nice place to hangout. Great staff and wonderful service.

Love the strawberry poppyseed salad. It's is perfect for summer and delicious.

The staff here are so nice and the food is fresh. I recommend the bearclaw, but it has nuts in it. So good!

I live quite a ways from Panera and I dont get to go there as much as I'd like. I love their food but even more, I love their customer service! I went there recently and had the most amazing and funny person wait on my daughter and I. He would make an excellent wing man in every day life. He had us laughing the whole time we were ordering. I really enjoyed my experience. I was there on Friday and I'm so sad I didn't ask the gentleman his name so I could post it on here and give him the recognition he deserves. Would give more stars if I could.

Food was amazing! Went on a Sunday around lunch and only waited 10 minutes in line and then only about 20 minutes for our food. They don't have food trays so an employee did help me carry our 5 plates outside. It was such a nice day. And the new Teriyaki Broccoli Bowl is great (my husband loved it)!

Met with a friend, food was amazing everyone seemed pretty happy the lady that took my order was having a bad day but she presented well the only thing I did not care for was I didn't hear them call my name and I'm hard of hearing other than that I had an amazing experience.

The manager on duty (Mark I believe) was so friendly and nice. Made us laugh, and made the extra effort to stop by our table and ask us how everything was before he left. Food was delish! Extra onions for me, just like I asked. Hot, and plentiful on the servings. We love this Panera! The manager made the experience even better with his friendly and welcoming personality. 20/10 great place! Highly recommend the cranberry orange muffin. The food and service were fantastic! I had a young man with me that ordered a steak and white cheddar sandwich with the pick 2. There was nothing on the board that said horseradish and red onions were on it as well. He could not eat it. I went and ask the manager for another 1/2 sandwich without the onions and horseradish and he said no problem. He ended up giving him a full size just meat and cheese at no charge! Now that’s fantastic service!!!!

One of my absolute fave restaurants. They are fast, fresh, and have really good coffee. The atmosphere is very comfortable too. This is my "go to" place to meet friends or just to be by myself sipping coffee while reading. Love the salads and the tomato soup!
