I truly loved talking to my doctor ngozi okafor. I don't like talking to anyone about my life. Alot is going on with me and really need help. After me and her spoke believe it or not I felt a little better about trying to move forward and try to fight harder to kyon going. I appreciate all the kindness from the front desk to seeing the doctor. I have hope I pray 🙏🙏

Dr Bola is excellent and great psychiatrist. He helped my daughter with her struggles and he was able to find the right combination of meds for her. He is brilliant .

Dr. Bolaji is great. I have changed doctors many times before trying to find a doctor that was able to precribe me the perfect medication combination. My search ended with Dr. Bolaji. My intake interview took about 1hr, the most a doctor has listened to me and after some tries I am now been stable for some time.

Doctor Bolarinwa is wonderful. He does his absolute best with my sister despite all of her mental illness and disabilities. He is genuinely the only doctor she has seen that puts his foot down with her and tries to correct her behavior. So, thank you very much St Remi for helping my family.

I've been with them for a year now and its always a pleasure to talk to Dr.B thats what I call her, I can't pronounce her last name..lol but they rock. She's been helping me since my Mom passed away in 2020.

Dr Bolar has been great to me, he always takes the time to listen to me and what's going on in my life, and we work together on my care, the office has been consistently helpful and caring as well

I have a good relationship with the doctors and staff. They are kind and very respectful.

I’ve known Dr. Bolarinwa for years, he’s an amazing individual and runs a great practice.

Want to thank Dr Bola for being a great doctor for my mother. She has improved tremendously since first coming to St. Remi he is also the only bilingual psych in the area which is a huge help for her.

This is a place that's supposed to help you better your mental health, but they literally do the opposite. They don't respect your time at all. They'll see you 2 to 3 hours late at your appointments or you're therapist will forget to call you. The doctors don't prescribe medications on time and you have to remind them or you'll go without your medication. One star gives this place too much credit.

I do not recommend. Karen Rosado is not a therapist I'd recommend. I think she was terrible to talk to, condescending, and didn't offer me anything of value. This practice is always late, if they call the day of your appointment at all. Dr. Bola was very confrontational and raised his voice many times at me as well. I do not feel they look out for patient's best interests. There were records of medications I'm not even on too, very sloppy. Lots of rescheduling along with lateness.

They are the worst at scheduling. I was on the phone with the doctor, and at the end I asked to schedule the next appointment. He said that they don’t schedule the appointments and to wait for a call. Every time I have an appointment coming up, I do not know about it until the day before the appointment cuz they make the appointment and don’t tell me until the day before, because they refuse to actually set up appointment times with me.

Then, on the phone with the therapist, she talked to me for 3 minutes before hanging up. How can I get mental health services if the doctors only want to talk for 3 minutes?

Terrible experience for my child and I. Front desk girls were nice, but Dr Bola not so much. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed in him

Believe the reveiws. If u struggle with mental health this is not where u want to go. They prescribe meds and never send them to the pharmacy ive been waiting since thursday and today is tuesday they called me last night to say they are lutting it in and when i called this morning it was supposedly handed off to another doctor who has yet to do it. the front desk staff is so unprofessional and i have been hung up on and put on hold for over thirty minutes multiple times. They are overwhelmed with patients but still taking new patients. Clearly dont care about patients just want to bill ur insurance. I will say i enjoy talking to the therapist ciara but there is a disconnect with scheduling there as well. If u have other options please choose them.

Dr. Bolarinwa has routinely been 1-2 hours late for appointments with my husband. He and/or his office has also neglected calling in prescriptions correctly, causing my husband to have a lapse in his medication. Additionally, after all the time waiting, Dr. Bolarinwa spends only minutes on the phone, a good chunk of that time seemingly reviewing my husband’s file in real time. I only give the second star because, when you can speak with him, he seems like a nice guy.

EDIT 01/31/22: I am downgrading my review to one star. We have continued to experience issues with appointment times and feeling like you really have the Doctor’s attention, but the part that is truly unacceptable is the mismanagement of prescription refills. We have had issues every single month. This medication is not optional and I have lost faith in this facility’s ability to understand the magnitude of the conditions they are treating. The email address they list as a contact on their website is also full and comes back with a mailer daemon.

If I could give no stars I would. Incompetent staff. Horrendous scheduling issues such as not contacting to cancel an appt or calling me to confirm an appt I never made after they failed to cancel. I had to contact them only for them to reschedule for the next day then do a no show. Expressed my concerns to Dr. Bola and he called me critical when I expressed they were unprofessional even after giving them multiple attempts. Even today they messed up my appt time. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t trust a medical office where staff can’t take accountability and make you appear to be an angry person when they messed up!!! Run!!!
