We had a two week span between buying and selling our house during the Christmas holiday. Needless to say it could have and should have been a hectic (loose your hair) kind of month. But luckily we had Julia on our side. Her knowledge, experience, and calming approach made our process so smooth. Whenever we thought there was a hiccup with the mortgage company, inspection, the buyers, or sellers- she was our voice. She calmed our fears. She put out fires and was basically our bodyguard . She is seemingly on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Even more, she is so personable. I can honestly say we found a lifetime friend.
