The guy who came and put down the first application did a great job. He even came back to show us and explain to us what he did. So far we are satisfied with what Natural Lawn of America has done.

Kristine, customer service representative, is awesome and goes out of her way to please the customer. I am pleased with how Natural Lawn of America uses environmentally friendly products that removes all the bugs , including those pesky mosquitoes from the inside and outside of my home. I can walk up to my home comfortably without bugs meeting me at the front door. No other company can compare to how Natural Lawn of America solved my bug problem.

We signed up for Naturalawn 3 summers ago. (We were impressed by the fact that they're environmentally friendly.) At the time, the lawn had a lot of clover, wild violet and other weeds. They told me at the outset that it would take 3 years for optimal results.
Well here we are: The lawn looks terrific! It happened gradually, but we couldn't be happier. (Check out the before & after!) Naturalawn was very responsive to our needs & would come out any time I had a concern. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to improve their lawn. Just give it time.

The flea and tick treatment does the job. Our Technician Jerry is very thorough when treating the property. No issues with these annoying pest on the dogs or in the yard.

Going into my 3rd year with Natural Lawn & lawn really starting to look very good. Learned that patience switching from years with other providers is required. The treatment from the technicians is above average . Last treatment from Tarik reflected the concern the Natural Lawn team has to satisfy customers. Even the manager Brad has given a personal touch to the service by just coming to site several times to discuss concerns & evaluate lawn condition. Very pleased & recommend service 100%!

After 1 full year my lawn looks much better, thicker, greener, healthier. Tyler the tech who provided service today was great I'm usually not home when they service the lawn but I was here today. He was very polite and knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions

He also explained to me what I need to do between service calls. 2023 is shaping up to be the best year for our lawn. Usually by the end of June the lawn has given up and browns up. This year, the end of June is upon us and the lawn looks great.

Nehemiah DeWalle, the NLA technician that did the first spring application today, did a careful and thorough job.

Today Quentin came and applied the fertilizer to the lawn. He was great! Upon arrival he came to introduce himself and state what was being done today. He was very cheerful and personable wishing us a good day!

The Customer Service is excellent. The Technicians are almost always excellent as well. Recently Technician Dave R came to our home 5/27/2021 to facilitate a flea treatment. He was very thorough, very nice to speak with, and worked hard to do a great job. We are using Natural Lawn for lawn services and flea control for the first time this year. We are grateful and appreciative for the good work being done. Thank you.

Giovanni, a very professional and knowledgeable technician, applied fertilizer. We spoke for quite a while and he was very friendly in answering my questions about the service and other concerns about lawn maintenance.
