When I first arrived to Flex about 3 months ago, I was told improvements would be made because the gym is under new management. Improvements have been made!!! The new floor in the gym which gives more support especially to those who lift heavier is perfect! I can't say this is a fitness club type of gym - its the gym where you go to work and get things done. I wish there were longer hours - but when the population increases I'm sure they'll extend.

The Gym is closed permanently. It is now Curaleaf.

I am pricing martial arts in the area. Called here to inquire and I was told my child could try a free class but they will not quote over the phone. I expressed that I don't want to have my child try the class and love it, if it is out of my price range. The woman put me on hold to check with a supervisor and returned with the same information. That seems pretty silly to try to get people in the door like this. It actually did the exact opposite, I have no interest now...great sale's strategy Flex!!!
