This is my review of my experience at One Subaru of Hayward, CA.This has been the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Alan Liang was awesome. He answered all my questions, he was easy to deal with, and most of all not pushy! He was very helpful from the beginning until the delivery of my car. Shout out to to Robert who delivered and took care of my BRZ. I would definitely recommend this dealership especially Alan. I am positive that everyone in this dealership is great. Excellent experience!

We collaborated with Subaru of America on the installations of Modernfold 362SR-DRS Glass Wall and Acousti-Seal Legacy Continuously Hinged Panels, and we could not be happier with the outcome! These glass walls and panels helped create a private and soundproof environment that greatly improved the overall functionality of their headquarters’ office. Ive tried to look at the website to get proper email contacts but i just want to say subaru you made a believer out of me ! Going on almost 2 months now with my 2024 crosstrek wilderness and i absolutely love my car and my choice of what car i wanted ! My husband has a 2023 outback wilderness and it truly made a believer out of me on subaru vehicles now a 2 subi car household and loving our cars more and more ! The dealership we went through did a fantastic job as well and we love our sales man ! I honestly dont see myself buying any other brand of vehicle now !

I have a 2017 Subaru outback limited. Who has been going through about one car battery a year. After hearing from several clubs in regards to Subaru in the battery issues I gave a call to customer service at Subaru of America. After explaining my problem with the battery replacements they filled out a warranty claim and contacted my local Subaru certified repair center. Subaru of America and my certified Subaru repair shop followed through with the warranty updated the engine control module, ECM, to allow for full-time charging. So far my problems are solved with battery drainage. It's been a long time coming but I'm thankful that the issue is resolved.

I am revising my GOOGLE review from a 1-STAR review to a 5-STAR review for Subaru of America Corporate because of their employee Danni who worked diligently and professionally in getting our refund promptly from Ramsey Subaru for the Subaru Added Security Agreement on a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport that had been purchased in December 2022. We traded in the 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport that had been originally purchased from Ramsey Subaru to Liberty Subaru in May 2023 due to a factory defect that could not be repaired properly. We purchased a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek "Plug-In" Hybrid which we are much happier with. The excellent experience we had with Danni of Subaru of America Corporate and Liberty Subaru eclipsed the miserable performance we had received from Ramsey Subaru.
I had multiple "issues" when I purchased our brand new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport from Ramsey Subaru in December 2022. First, the vehicle that we had expected came through with far fewer options than what we had specifically ordered. Then, their Parts Department "drops the ball" by never contacting me concerning the accessories ordered to make the Crosstrek Sport complete the way I had originally wanted it. Lastly, Ramsey Subaru spells my wife's name incorrectly for the $2,500.00 Subaru Added Security Agreement that we purchased. I received the incorrectly spelled identification card and promptly contacted Subaru of America Corporate to correct this "issue". I respectfully made a number of simple requests to correct the "problem" concerning the misspelled identification card with a customer representative named Ally. She assured me that it would be taken care of. I did receive in the mail a replacement identification card, but it too was still spelled incorrectly. Although, this was a minor "issue", the fact is that we spent $2,500.00 for the Subaru Added Security Agreement, and the very least Subaru of America Corporate could have done was to send out the correctly spelled identification card. We will not contact them again, nor are we going to bring it up with Ramsey Subaru. Both Ramsey Subaru, as well as Subaru of America Corporate "dropped the ball" in the way loyal Subaru customers like ourselves are handled. We currently own a 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX sedan, a 2019 Subaru Impreza Premium sedan, and now a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek "Plug-In" Hybrid. Although, we like Subaru vehicles for their overall quality, in no way did we receive a 5-STAR experience from Ramsey Subaru or Subaru of America Corporate when we originally purchased the 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport.
Liberty Subaru and Danni from Subaru of America Corporate deserve all of the accolades in the proper way we were treated as loyal and long time Subaru customers. Liberty Subaru even gave us a generous discount off of the Crosstrek "Plug-In" Hybrid's M.S.R.P.
On the other hand, Ramsey Subaru refused to budge off of the Crosstrek Sport's M.S.R.P. even though we had been good repeat customers with them over the years. Never again, Ramsey Subaru!!!
Thank you for a job well done Danni of Subaru of America Corporate and the entire Liberty Subaru staff who were involved in this purchase!!! In addition, the Subaru Added Security Agreement identification card recently arrived for the 2023 Crosstrek "Plug-In" Hybrid, and I am pleased to say that my wife's name is spelled correctly. You made our car buying experience pleasant, smooth, and trouble-free.

My 6 yr old forester blew its engine while being driven on the highway. After my insurance co turned me down I contacted subaru. I really didn't think they would do much but I was wrong. I had a free loaner while they analyzed the situation. They then replaced my engine with a brand new one!!! Subaru is the most ethical ,helpful co I have ever dealt with. I never would have received such good care from a US co. I will only ever buy a subaru and will encourage others to buy one!! Thank you so very much.

Thank You Subaru! One Tuesday, July 31, 2018 we were involved in a head on collision. Our 2016, $35,000.00 Subaru OutBack was totallly demolished by an uninsured and no license jrunk Driver. My husband an i sustained many bumps and bruses and are very sore. But we were very much blessed. This was to be our end of life car and we intended to drive it until the wheels fell of. It saddends me, but unfortunitly we will not be able to afford another Subaru Outback. But never the less, I want to take this time to thank you for your "top of the line", quality product. The instant breaking system made us stop immediatly. The air bags did their job in protecting us from any frontal bodily injuries. As for now we will have to work through the insurance issues and get a different low end car. Your Outstanding product has made it possible for me to wirte to you today. Subaru for life! I would not buy anything else. I owned a 2014 XV Crosstrek and I now own a 2016 Outback. Both limited models. Eyesight in both vehicle's was outstanding. Excellent safety! Best awd in rain and snow. Thank you Subaru for making such outstanding safe cars. The cargo volume with my rear seats down is simply amazing. I will only buy Subaru. They may not look pretty but I can promise you the best awd system money can buy. Nothing comes close. Subaru baby!

I want to thank the Subaru Engineers for developing such a safe care. I had a 2007 Forester until a head on collision Oct 4, 2016. Car was totaled but my granddaughter and I walked away with only soreness and bruises from the seat belts and air bags. I will be looking to buy another Subaru.

I would like to thank Corey and Holly of Steve Moyer Subaru, as well as the technicians that worked on my Outback, located in Leesport. Pennsylvania. Their kindness, professionalism, and understanding of my concerns is much appreciated. This kind of service reflects well not only for Steve Moyer Subaru, but Subaru of America as well. I also had excellent service from the body shop from Steve Emerich. My subaru was fixed right the first time and did an excellent job doing the repairs. This level of understanding and professionalism should be recognized and rewarded because it definitely plays an important role in return customers and loyalty to the brand.

I appreciate when I go for my oil change they come out and they talk to you to let you know what’s going on with your vehicle and if there any concerns that you have my next oil change and tire rotation should be coming up shortly I also got Subaru out outback toys for my dogs and like I could take my pup with me I’d like to know if they have travel cups for coffee or travel water bowls for dogs I’d like to get to purchase something when I go to our local dealership went online because somebody posted that I got a bicycle you can’t even purchase it online thank you again for great Customer service

SOA has a culture different from other car manufacturers. The company listens to their customers and takes good care of them.

They have a good system and they took care of my problem. I owned a new BMW X5 before my Forester Turbo and SOA beat BMW's customer service culture.

SOA, dont ever change this management style. I have referred my sister and two friends. All three bought a brand new 2019 Forester - all because of my good positive experience with you guys.

I am currently driving a 2002 with close to a 178k on it , this is my 5th Subaru including my B9 Tribeca that i have and will only drive a Subaru, I love their reliability and sure footed all wheel drive system, and as an aircraft mechanic that worked on piston aircraft there is a good reason that they pretty much all use a boxer engine. I have even seen a few experimental aircraft with Subaru engines in them.
