I have been ordering and going to Mink Girl for years. I have Never Ever had any issues. I don’t understand how anyone could say that this business is a Scam. I have never had a bad experience Ever..... Mink Girl is legitimate.

Fast to schedule an appt. Love the way it is stitched and the bleached knots. Will definitely order another units.

Her wig making skills are great, great stitching , & perfectly bleached knots but the hair quality wasn’t the best.

Although the hair is nice she has horrible customer service , false advertising with wigs and bundles I never received my closure I purchase for my wedding when I brought the missing item to her attention she blew me off and never sent it or got back to me not cool at all.

The hair is great. The service is horrible. They do not provide any tracking information, so you have no idea when you receive your wig. Also they DO NOT verbally communicate with the customers. All communication is through text messaging, when the owner gets tired of answering questions she has her assistant text back. I could write a book on my experience. My daughter also ordered a wig a week ago she paid for it to be rushed. It is now a week later still no wig, and no one responds to any messages. I will say the quality of hair is amazing, but not worth the high blood pressure and stress. Good luck

Do not order from Leia! They will take your money and give out false updates. I ordered a wig from them on September 18th & was told I’d receive my order within 10-20 business days. Here we are in November & I have no wig nor have I had a response from customer service or from within the DM. You can tell it’s shady because you’re unable to comment on her posts. They’re unprofessional & scammers. Don’t waste your time & please save your money!! I don’t care how good them wigs look on Instagram. It’s not worth the hassle or loss. No one has $210+ to waste!!

Horrible customer service, stole my $383 by not sending my wig or providing a refund. Ordered my wig March 2020, it is now October 2020. Not responding to people who try to support your business is the worst form of customer service and quality assurance. They do not care for anybody but them selves, they lied the entire time while I asked for updates. I was willing to wait months for the unit and still nothing.

Very poor customer service! I ordered a unit and was told the exspectionacy to be 7-10 business days. When the 10th day came around I had to reach out and check the status of my order and was told by the owner that It would be ready the next day. The Next day comes again no response to my message via IG or through text. I should not have to be reaching out to them they should be keeping me updated with my order status. Which is funny because when purchasing the unit I got fast responses... so I just asked for a refund. I’m all about customer service and when a business shows poor customer service I don’t want to invest my hard working money. I feel with me being a new customer they should have beat the expectations of 7/10 business. When asking for my refund they showed no remorse no apologies what so ever. I definitely would not recommend this salon just because of the very poor services and from the many other bad reviews I can tell I’m not the only one who feels this way. I had a event to go to and it was all ruined thanks to Mink Girl! If I could leave no stars I would.

She don't deserve a star, but it's the only way to post. She and her team is the F'in worse!!! I paid for a unit on April 13 and was waiting over a month for my unit. She kept telling me that it was on backorder when I asked about it. I went to the shop on June 1 and asked about my unit and was told it was still on backorder. I told her to give me another unit because my vacation was approaching and I didn't have time. Not to mention, she closed her shop on 6/1 and didn't notify me of the closure. Long story short, she stopped responding, I'm out of $375, and no unit. Her response is horrible. She created a website saying that it was going to be better customer service, that's a scam too. She's not responding to texts, emails, calls, DM's etc. She need to stop playing with people's hard earned cash. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

i wish there was an option to for no stars. THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered March 10 she texted back immediately until she received my money. I wanted to check the status of my order and could NEVER GET IN TOUCH WITH HER. She finally had her assistant text back, she called me and agreed to a refund. i requested the money but cashapp said she reached her weekly sending limit. she told me to put a dispute in with my bank, i did so so im praying i get my money back. THIS IS A SCAM. she blocked me once i reported her to the BBB AND SENT PROOF OF THE DISPUTE WITH CASHAPP

A complete and utter scam to people who dont live near her. I ordered a unit may 14 and still have not received it and has her nothing about getting my money back. Dont bother filling a dispite with BBB shes not registered in the state of NJ. I have a mind to drive to NJ to personally get my money back. Its a shame because my cousin ordered 2 units from her and they were beautiful...but mind you my cousin lived in Philly...I live in Pittsburgh. One way or another ill get my money back😠

Scammer! The hair is amazing but the customer service is AWFUL! I will Be reporting her the BBB and filing a police report. this girl has pulled this stunt TWICE. Gets your money, stops responding and never sending the product. How can all sales be final if she never delivered the product? DO NOT PURCHASE!

Do NOT order from this girl she is a scam artist!! She even limits comments on her page so that ppl can’t complain i ordered hair in April and i haven’t gotten it yet. I’ve reached out four times and no response. Filing a dispute with the bank and also with BBB asap

Don't order from her she stole my money I order a wig 3 months ago still no wig don't do it and they not replying to my emails I wish I knew her location in philly

Wish I had read reviews prior to ordering. The customer service is the worse I've EVER experienced. Communication is terrible. Save yourself the headache and look/go elsewhere!

I tired to buy something for my girl and it never showed up and they have terrible customer services they will not respond to you only take your money
