Jay is amazing@ he did my son's haircut today exactly how my son wanted it. Never experienced such amazing phenomenal barbers who took his time. He welcomed us with open arms. We didn't even have an appt and he took him right up. I really recommend The New Extravagant Barbershop. Not only was Jay phenomenal, his Co-worker Javi was awesome. Just all around the best experience for both my son and I. Keep up the amazing work you all do! You are appreciated 💛 thanks

Jay2Great perfectly executed the hair cut for my 9yr old son!!! I showed him 2 inspo pics and boy did he execute the precision cut!!! I highly recommend him especially if you have a child ready for the big boy cut. He's very patient very nice straight to the point. He put a lot of love into my son's cut! I could never find anybody to cut all of my Sons cowlicks! Hands down Jay2Great will only cut My babies hair for the rest of his school years ahead!! Momma is so happy and My husband and I received many compliments on his hair while we were out galivating! Thank you again for the patience and the creation of good hair

I've been taking my son to this barbershop for three years. The place is always spotless, and the staff is always welcoming. Even if you're a walk-in, they try to fit you into their busy schedules. Although they all do a fantastic job, Nic is the Barber who cuts my son's hair. He also specializes in children with disabilities.

My grandmother just passed recently and it’s been rough going out and about. Being there just now joking around, talking about sports while getting the BEST SHAPE UP IN SOUTH JERSEY, couldn’t ask for a better spot to go to, this place feels like family. This place has been around for awhile apparently. I Actually found it during the Pandemic. Once everything started to quiet down, they open up and called them and they took me. My Barber is Jada. He’s been top notch every time I’ve been there. He’s always focused on what you, the customer wants and has good conversation. The place is very laid back but professional, too. A lot of conversing going on of all types of levels. That shows me that the customers keep coming back. That’s what I want to read in a review. Customers keep coming back. Love this place and actually got my brother to start going there.
It would be cool if this place did royalty rewards by going and spending a certain amount, you get points towards your next cut. Or, in my case, referring someone who goes, and continues to go- whoever referred them should get a discount of their next cut. Tips would still be great, if not better bc your spending less so more to tip. Just a thought....😎

For the first time I have found a barbershop that always makes sure I not only get cut awesome but also get treated greatly by the owner, Big Van. The workers are very welcoming and they are always interacting and keeping you busy. They make You looking good and feeling great about yourself before leaving their first priority. It’s a very warm, clean, and safe atmosphere! Always leaving looking like a new person each time.

Ive been coming here for over a year now. I have 1 regret. Not coming sooner. My barber Nic has been blessing my son and i with the tightest and cleanest cuts in SJ. We come out lookin fresh and feeling like a million bucks every single time. Thanks guys and keep it up.

Great barbershop. My family from New Mexico came to New Jersey for a wedding and got our haircuts here, and we were very pleased. Great haircuts and great staff. They took really good care of us.

My experience here has always been amazing. Manny cuts my hair and he always does a fantastic job. He takes his time and often puts his own little spin into it. He will never let me leave until it's perfect. He even has conversations with me through out the hair cut. MANNY IS THE DUDE TO GO TO!

I've been getting my hair cut by Van at Extravagant for a couple years now. Other local shops are lacking where Extravagant excels, and that is in professionalism and respect for customers. It's hard to find a comfortable, family friendly, and welcoming barber shop in south jersey. Extravagant breaks that mold. As for the product, its unmatched in the area. You won't find an incompetent barber at Extravagant. Like I said, I've been getting my hair cut there for years---It's always on point. I'm constantly asked where I get my haircut. Extravagant is the best shop in south jersey, hands down.

I went to extravagant cuts with a very specific design that I wanted on the side of my head. I got there at 9:15am on Thursday, so there was no wait time. I was greeted immediately at the door and when I described what I wanted, they directed me to Mike who apparently is the most experienced with this type of thing. I showed him my image and explained that it didn't have to be exact, but that I'd like it as close as possible. He made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained every move he made. And the best part, it looks exactly like I wanted it to! I will definately be going back!

This barbershop is by far the Best shop around believe i've been to many shops but this shop right here has it all. The barbers here are so versatile with their skills and tight with it. Razor sharp hair styles like i never seen before and they take their time so believe me i'm a barber myself it's worth every bit of time and patience going to Extravagant Barbershop. It's always best to talk to the manager to find out more info. on the guys if you never been to gain insight but these guys and this Barbershop are awesome.

Today was the first time I been in the shop. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and my son was in a chair that fast for a cut. The barber's name was Sly and he did a great! job on my son's hair and for $13 I will continue to bring my son to this shop.

My experience was great when I first walked in there.My barber did a wonderful job for the haircut. Someone even paid for my cut unexpectedly named Evan(made my day). The nicest people come in here.

I have been getting my haircut there for the past 6 months. I have yet to go to place where I don't feel as though the barber is feeling rushed. Great group of people that work there and I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality cut.

I’ve been getting my haircut at the Extravagantz shops for years. The newest shop is by far the best barber shop I’ve been in. Clean, professional and timely. I love that shop. The owner is outgoing and courteous. More than a barber, he’s my friend.
