It was an absolute pleasure to work with Marvin! We have travertine stone across the entire first floor and this process was so smooth - from calling to schedule, to Marvin's demo, to his work the next day. The quality was top notch (clean, grout, and seal) and service was incredibly friendly and responsive. I highly recommend their services and Marvin's in particular!

Just had the best customer service experience with Mike the Estimator for vent cleaning. Showed me everything I needed to do for not only my vents but filters for my furnace. Quick, polite and extremely professional. Great all around service. Would definitely recommend 👌

Had a great experience with this company. The technician James was friendly and accommodating with me not being home when he arrived (I asked was he ok with waiting 5/10minutes). My technician was Mike, he was extremely professional, on time, quick, efficient, and I couldn’t be more happy. He was such an awesome guy. I’ve had carpet cleaners in the past that I thought did a good job until we had Mike come and do our carpets this morning. They look and smell fantastic and we will definitely be using him again.

Your employee, Dwayne, gets 5 stars. He was courteous and approachable. He was patient as I explained my issue with my rug. An entire mug of coffee was spilled on a brand new. We tried to remove the coffee but it left a huge stain. He went to work. When I came reurned there was no stain. It had disappeared. We were so thrilled with his excellent job!

Michael came by to give us an estimate on our air duct cleaning. He's friendly, transparent, and professional. He did a great job of explaining the process and the services. He also pointed out a few things that I could on my own to help me save some money. It was great chatting with him, and we're looking forward to having the team out for the cleaning soon!

Amazing work! Cleaned spots other reps from Stanley had not been able to clean. Rugs look brand new and they are over 20 years old! I’ll be booking with my same guy again!

The professionals of Stanley Steemer did an excellent job with my stairs, hallway and master bedroom carpets. They just did all that in less than one hour. After it dried I saw some spots, I contacted them and they sent another guy to take care of the issue. Their commitment to do it right is appreciated.
