Tom was awesome and very friendly from the moment we got there. We went to bell auto for a specific car and he showed us the car, did not hound us or suggest any other vehicles. Its worth mentioning that the car we were looking to buy, would not bring him any profit. On top of that he went above and beyond for us to ensure we would be able to get temp tags and even sent all the DMV paperwork for our registration. I came in today with my girlfriend who went to trade in her SUV for a car. I didn't deal with Tom and Cathy directly, however, I observed their wonderful customer service skills with my girlfriend and with people who called in. You can see their passion, patience and experience. Tom made this transition very easy and fast for my girlfriend. I walked around the lot with her. The cars seemed to be in decent conditions-all clean. When I'm ready for a new used car, I know where I'm going! It's hard to find honest people these days, especially in auto sales.
