Really great selection of a variety of price ranges. I could have gone crazy with some of their more expensive stuff- beautiful! Bur what we chose for a small bathroom was beautiful too. Staff is so nice and patient there. Really, they can help if you know absolutely nothing! They also recommend contractors (not in a pushy way) if you need. Really good experience.

This store is great. They have diversified selections, fair prices, an excellent and professional staff. Dawn is very knowledgeable about selection coordination and design details. She is friendly and efficient. Stan is the District Manager and was very helpful in coordinating materials for larger projects. I highly recommend this store to homeowners, project managers and installers.

My wife and I recently stopped in to Best Tile in the Lacey Mall. We were met by a very friendly, upbeat design consultant named Leanna. Leanne is fantastic. She is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and has wonderful customer service skills. Long story short. There is no need to go anywhere else. The process of choosing a backsplash for our kitchen was stress free and very timely! Leanne left no stone unturned to make sure our questions were answered and we were 100% sure we loved what we chose! Leanne is a great asset to the Best Tile family and I will recommend her to all my friends and family. Great job Leanna and thank you for being wonderful. My wife is overjoyed with you and the Tile. Don was extremely patient with me since I had limited knowledge for my bathroom renovation. He is knowledgeable and gave me advice about all the little things I forgot. He allowed me to pull lots of samples until I found the best scheme. Highly recommend going here for lots of options and a helpful staff.

Beautiful showroom, awesome knowledgeable personnel. I needed someone to guide me in picking out tile for my bathroom and boy did I find the right place. Michael was so helpful in helping me stay within my budget while showing me beautiful tile. The selection is incredible, but everyone is so helpful and so creative in their ideas. Unbelievable showroom ! I've not seen such a beautiful showroom and such a pleasant staff. Nice gentleman helped me make great beautiful selection for my bathrooms.Good sale prices ,helped me with information on installation for shower system. I shop there again !
