Country House Restaurant

This place is a GREAT place to eat no matter what you order. . The staff were friendly and quick The decor was fitting with modern farmhouse signs ie. “The Country House”. The food was yummy!!! I would recommend the homemade potpie. As for precious review from Eileen… how could there be flies in the middle of winter???? Some people you just can’t please!!! As for me. I am very picky and I would definitely recommend this establishment.

A few girls and myself, a total of 5, walked in and were immediately seated. Our server was nice and attentive everyone enjoyed their meals😁

A nostalgic Diner atmosphere and experience we all grew up to remember. Those breakfast choices are hearty and hit the spot!

Omg!!? Such a nice find!! I just left DMV/MVC in West Deptford. Was there for a long time. My husband and I was hungry and looking for a close spot near the DMV. We were seated right away, service and food was fantastic!! We recommend everyone to check out this country restaurant. Vibe was good, service was fantastic and food was delicious!! Keep doing what you’re doing!! Loved it here!!!

Pure diner experience. While other diners in the area shaved their menus over the past couple years, Country House absolutely did not. Though I've driven by a thousand times, this is the first time I've ever been here. With a loud smoke eater humming above me, I'd think it was the 90's again.

food was good, came out quickly. a good in and out diner, no frills. the price was great. but that's just how I like it, quiet and simple. I had the surf and turf and it was really good, my kid had a HUGE plate of spaghetti and sausage since their kids menu stops at 5yo(what's up with that?) she's 10 she's not going to eat a full sized meal, but hey there was leftovers.
my mother in law had a steak which she enjoyed.
Overall we choose this place over the "other guy in Woodbury" don't want to throw names out but this is our new go to diner.

Vegetarians, HERE is your EGGPLANT! Crispy and tasty, on a soft tortilla wrap, it's a cornucopia of perfectly done veggies. The Country House is very nice about customizing their food for you. Their veggie wrap is fine as-is, but you can order it without cheese and add their excellent eggplant cutlets for a small upcharge. Really, really yummy!! Tired of oily french fries? Try their cauliflower instead. I love this place!

Been here 3 times with my mom. Never a bad experience. Specials can be a bit pricey, but overall prices are very fair. Chicken croquettes are delicious. My mom has had seafood, all crisp and she liked it. Many side dishes to choose from. Staff is friendly and courteous. Rice pudding is and Mac and cheese are creamy and filling.

Best food in town. Reasonable price. Good people.

The cheese omelet, cooked well done as I ordered it, home fries with sauteed onion, and coffee all good. It took about 10 minutes to get our food, but it was lunchtime, so I attributed it to that.

Our waitress went above and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied with our breakfast.

The hostess was a great help with helping me get my mother in law in and out of the diner. She even brought us our coffee herself

I've been dining here for years. Great location, Awesome staff, Great food, very clean an friendly environment. Meals priced just right.
