I had purchased the wrong sized shoes even though they felt good in the store. I was able to work with Kay and George to return my shoes. Both of them were Asst. Managers and wanted to ensure I had a good experience on my return. Did I forget to mention, I could not find my receipt and I had discarded the shoebox but they still took good care of me.

Wish they had longer hours.. but I can’t complain, employees are nice & helpful!!
My go-to for last minute shoes!! Buy online & pick up in store in less than an hour… my most recent order Vans 8 1/2 was ready 5 minutes after I placed it!!!

The employee that helped me today was extremely helpful even was able to order the sneakers I wanted but they didn't have in my size and will be sent right to my house. Was able to find myself sneakers, my son two pairs and even ones for my mom for a Christmas gift all in one store for a change!

Honestly I was in a rush to try and find my lovely daughter🙏a pair of boots for Catholic schools week. I was exhausted and drained from running all over,the guy was incredibly patient and truly went out of his way to assure I had a great experience. I could not have been more impressed by a salesman.

Always gotten great service here. Also, if they don't have something in your size in stock, they'll ship it right to your house. A very generous return policy combined with great sales really seals the deal. Won't go anywhere else for shoes.

Shoe shopping in person is becoming a thing of the past. This Famous Footwear has a helpful staff that guided me towards getting the best discount possible and my name brand shoe was cheaper than I could get online. Wise shopping can still get you good deals locally!
